I would love to hear a podcast on how to lead and encourage negative people while making sure my attitude stays positive. Some folks just don’t want to do anything and they are always in a negative mood. This makes it difficult if not impossible to want to encourage my team members to be the very best they can be and to stretch for their dreams.

Loved this podcast! I think that you become inspired by those who are themselves inspired. It was great to hear some of the things that happen in the company “behind the scenes” because it brings even more life to the company. Sometimes, companies can get so caught up in just the selling of the product that they never share how the products come to life and I am so glad that Young Living is not one of them!

I’d love to hear a podcast on what to say to new members when they ask, “Why do you need my social security number?”

I have so very much enjoyed the book about Gary Young and how Young Living has evolved. It shows the vision this great man has had all his life, the tenacity he had to continue on when the average person would have given up and all the very hard , hard work it took to get Young Living where it is today. To be able to build what he has today is from The Lord. I appreciate too, that you have been good stewards of the land, a quality not too many people think about today. My family and I have been helped so much with Young Living and I am thankful that we have honest, God loving people at the head of this company. Gary and Mary have been a wonderful team and Mary I commend you for walking beside your husband in the times when it was really rough. I know you both continue to give to all of us everyday above and beyond. Thank you for your leadership and your vision. May you never stop dreaming Gary!
