Melissa makes so many great points for leaders. One of them that is really important is really listening to those around you and also keeping it simple and not overwhelming them with information.

Wonderful message! What an inspiration 🙂 I love that she said, “Begin your story with your why.” That is so powerful, keeping time with my family and grandbabies ever present in my mind makes me Unstoppable. Also the thought and action to “protect your dream” I enjoy how Melissa reframes things for me! Thank you so much for this message!
