How To Use
Inhalation: After an overactive day, gently inhale Peace & Calming II to promote a positive, peaceful atmosphere.
Beauty: Add a few drops to your favourite body lotion to help beautify the skin.
Bathing: Swirl 4-5 drops and 1 cup of Epsom salts into a warm bath as part of your evening routine.
Massage: Dilute a few drops into 10 ml of Young Living V-6® Enhanced Vegetable Oil Complex for a relaxing massage.
Perfume: Apply to your pulse points to enjoy its comforting aroma.
