Tip 4: Create a Cleansing Whole-Body Soakgerman chamomile essential oil

Arguably, the only thing worse than a breakout on your face is a breakout on your body! Tackle body acne by adding 6-8 drops of an essential oil for acne, such as German Chamomile, to your bath.

German Chamomile Essential Oil

As the name suggests, German Chamomile is calming. Many acne remedies tackle blemishes by drying out the skin, stripping it of natural oils—taking breakouts from bad to worse! German Chamomile oil does the opposite. It relieves breakouts by soothing the skin instead.

Tip 5: Make Your Own Roll-On

Be prepared for when those stubborn recurring blemishes pop up! Mix 4 drops of Cedarwood, 4 drops of Myrtle, and 2 drops of Bergamot. Then add to a 10 ml glass roller bottle and top off with carrier oil like V-6™ Enhanced Vegetable Oil Complex! Apply directly to blemishes as needed.

Myrtle Essential Oil

Myrtle essential oil treats and reduces the symptoms of breakouts like redness and irritation. At the same time, it can enhance the overall appearance of healthy-looking skin.
