How To Use
Boil 240 ml of water in your favourite teapot. Place a tea bag in a mug and pour the hot water over it. Cover and steep for 5 minutes, and then remove the tea bag. Optional: Infuse your tea with Young Living plus essential oils such as Lemon Plus.
