- Host an Aroma Meeting in December, showcasing our delightful essential oils and sharing the Young Living lifestyle with potential new Brand Partners.
- Capture the fun and excitement of your Aroma Meeting in a short video (1 minute long maximum). Make sure to have at least 5 people at your meeting, and include a piece of paper with the hashtag #YLParty, the date, and your ID.
- Enrol a new Brand Partner with a minimum order of 100 PV on Loyalty Reward or One-Time order within three days after the Aroma Meeting.
- Upload the video to receive your reward.
What are Aroma Meetings and why are they important?
- Discover and Learn: Aroma Meetings are a chance to dive into the exciting realm of essential oils. Attendees can learn about the different oils, their amazing uses, and how they can truly enhance everyday life.
- Experience the Magic: Awaken the senses! At these meetings, attendees can experience the oils first-hand. They can smell, touch, and even sometimes taste the oils. This sensory experience brings the products to life in a way that words on a website simply can’t.
- Connect and Grow: Aroma Meetings are more than just informative sessions; they’re about building connections and fostering a sense of community. Attendees can meet with like-minded individuals who share their passion for wellness and essential oils. Together, they’ll form a supportive community that nurtures personal growth and business success.
- Share the Love: Aroma Meetings create a ripple effect of inspiration and growth. They offer attendees the opportunity to learn about the incredible benefits of Young Living products. These meetings can also empower attendees to embark on their own transformative journey by joining the Young Living family.
- Learn the Ropes: For new Brand Partners, Aroma Meetings can serve as a crash course for business success. These events provide a platform to learn essential presentation techniques and effective sales strategies. By sharing knowledge and expertise, attendees can kick-start their own journey with Young Living, equipped with the skills needed to make a meaningful impact.
1. This promotion is valid from 00:01 (GMT) on December 1, 2023, until 23:59 (GMT) on December 31, 2023.
2. This promotion is exclusive to all active Young Living Brand Partners in Europe.
3. Participants must submit the video within 72 hours (about 3 days) after hosting the Aroma Meeting. Remember to include the new enrollee's ID in the submission form. Any videos sent after January 3, 2024 will not be considered.
4. To qualify for the reward, please make sure that the new enrollee places an order of at least 100 PV within 3 days of attending the Aroma Meeting. The order should be placed within the calendar month of December, as that's when this promotion is running.
5. The organising Brand Partners will receive a reward of 25EUR (or the equivalent in their currency) credited to their Young Living account. Please note that this reward cannot be transferred to a BP’s bank account, but they can use it towards their future orders.
6. Each Brand Partner can host multiple Aroma Meetings in the month of December, but the reward will be granted for one meeting in the month only.
7. Young Living reserves the right to exclude any participants or their orders within the Promotional Period if they are not in good standing with Young Living Policies & Procedures, or any behaviour is deemed to be inappropriate.
8. By participating in this promotion, Brand Partners consent to Young Living using their submitted videos for promotional purposes.
9. Before a video is made, it is the responsibility of the participant to get consent for the video and its intended use from the invited guests.
10. Qualifying orders must be placed within the Promotional Period and successfully paid. Standard payment methods apply, and each Brand Partner is responsible for monitoring this. Should a payment for an order be reversed, such enrolment would not be counted for the reward.
11. Any changes to the qualifying order of the new Enrollee such as cancellations, returns or adjustments resulting in a lower PV volume of the order or no order at all, could affect the qualifying order, and impact qualification for the reward Enroller.
12. Any Enroller changes that are completed according to Young Living Policies & Procedures within the Promotional Period may also affect qualification for the reward Enroller.
