1. Order Placement

 
1.1 Order Placement Procedure
You can order Young Living products online anytime and anywhere by logging into Virtual Office.
Be sure to provide correct mobile phone number and delivery address when you place an order. Double check the Order Review Page before you click “Place Order”.
 
1.2 Valid Shipping Address Reminder
To ensure your orders are successfully delivered to your door, please be reminded to provide a valid* shipping address as default in account before placing the orders. The processed order will be cancelled if a member’s shipping address is not valid. This may also affect their commission, the accumulation of Essential Rewards points and qualification of the loyalty gifts.

In addition, if you are placing Essential Rewards orders, and the current processing date is set between 25-31 of each month, we strongly recommend you to change the processing date to an earlier date, to ensure that your orders are processed within the month.

*A valid address should include flat and floor numbers, name of the building, building number, name of the street, name of the village, town or districts and territories (e.g. Causeway Bay, Yuen Long, MongKok or Taipa, Cotai and Coloane in Macau).
Steps:
1. Please update and select the correct shipping address if you would like to place an ER order.
2. Please check your account if you have the updated address in both the Main Account Address and the Default Shipping Address column.
3. Please update your address book so that you can select your shipping address easily.
 
 
1.3 Changes or Cancellation Policy
A handling fee of HK$120 will be charged for any changes or cancellation of order. Please contact us at +852 2897-5600 (HK) or 0800848 (Macau Toll Free) for any changes or cancellation request. For Essential Rewards Order, an additional restocking fee of 25% of the total order price will apply for any changes or cancellation of the Essential Rewards order. Therefore, kindly be reminded to update your Essential Rewards template.regularly. Please ensure that your order is final before clicking the "Place Order" button and/or manage your ER template before your scheduled processing date.
 
 
1.4 Order Processing Date
The cut-off time for order placement is 11am Monday through Friday. Order placed after 11am will be processed on the following business day.
 
  

2. Delivery Service (Home Delivery)

 
2.1 Delivery Days & Time
Successful paid order will be delivered to you within 2 to 5 business days depending on the district. 2-3 more business days will be required for remote areas in Hong Kong and for delivery to Macau locations.

Delivery will be arranged between 11:00am and 7:00pm from Monday to Saturday (except for Public holidays).
Remote area Delivery Arrangement
Ma Wan, Airport, Tung Chung, Discovery Bay Parcel will be delivered on Tuesdays and Fridays 
Cheung Chau, Hei Ling Chau, Lamma Island, Lantau (except Discovery Bay, Tung Chung and Airport area), Peng Chau,Po Toi Parcel will be delivered by SF-Express
 
 
2.2 Delivery Notification
Our logistics provider will send out an SMS notification and an email to the recipient according to the given phone number and email address provided for the order. You will receive a call in the morning of the delivery date and 30 minutes prior to the actual delivery.

If you are not available for proposed delivery period, please contact our logistics vendor for rescheduling.

2.3 Delivery Failure (Max. 1 Attempt)
Our logistics vendor will send you a SMS notification and an email to inform you of the unsuccessful delivery. Upon 1 failed attempt, your parcel will be returned to the warehouse. Should you wish to re-schedule the delivery date and time, please contact our logistics vendor below.

If the delivery cannot be made upon 14 days from the order placement, you order would be cancelled and a handling fee of HK$120 will be charged to your account automatically. For Essential Rewards Order, an additional restocking fee of 25% of the total invoice price will apply. For redemption orders, the order would be cancelled and the ER points used will not be restored. Young Living will not be responsible for any loss of commissions or ER points due to unsuccessful delivery.
 
 
2.4 Authority to Leave
If the package is instructed to be delivered to a different location which deviates from the original shipping address (e.g. Management office of the building, Clubhouse, outside the apartment…etc.), Young Living is not liable for any loss or damage arising out of the circumstances beyond Young Living’s control.

No replacement order or refund would be issued under similar circumstances. Should there be any dispute, the decision of Young Living should be final.
 
 
2.5 Eligible Locations
We only support delivery to Hong Kong, Macau & China. Hong Kong Members are eligible to have the order shipped to a Hong Kong location and Macau Members’ orders are shipped to Macau locations. We do not support delivery to other international locations.

For the eligibility to place an order to China locations, please contact ylchinanfr@youngliving.com.

For locations without elevator, delivery service will be provided to the 1st - 3rd floors only. Eligible locations are subjected to the final decision by the logistics vendor. Members would be contacted by the logistics vendor when there are challenges in accessing the delivery location.
 

3. Local Delivery Fee 

3.1 Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the total product weight of each single order. As an eco-friendly company, orders which were placed at similar time might be grouped together in one package for same time delivery and less material usage. Thank you for your understanding and support.
 
3.2 Delivery Fee (For Self Pick-Up at Locker/Stores in Hong Kong only)
The shipping rate charged by SF Express will be calculated according to the actual weight or the volumetric weight of the package, whichever is greater. For details, please refer to official website of SF Express..
 

4. Self Pick Up at Locker / Stores

4.1 Pick Up Days & Time
Successful paid order will be delivered to the pick up point within 3 to 4 business days depending on the availability of the locker/stores. If your selected locker is full, SF Express will automatically assign your parcel to a nearby locker. Please refer to the push notification of SFHK App for the final pick up point.
4.2 Self Pick Up Notification
Courier will send reminder via SFHK APP when the parcel is ready for pick up. Please download the mobile app and enable push notifications on your mobile devices to avoid missing delivery reminders. Please collect the parcel before the expiry date and time shown in the push notification.
4.3 Amendment
NO changes or cancellation of an order is allowed when the order is completed. Further, once the pick up store / locker is selected and the order processed, the shipping method via SF Express is confirmed and no further changes could be made on the shipping method.

4.4 Failure to Pick Up
If the parcel is not picked up before the expiry time and date, an overtime storage fee will be charged by SF-Express and required to be paid upon the collection of the parcel.

For pick up at lockers, payment can be settled by Octopus, PayMe, Alipay HK, WeChat Pay HK.

For pick up at stores, payment can be settled by Cash, Octopus, PayMe, Alipay HK and WeChat Pay HK.
