Local Delivery Service Policy

We are excited to see the ever-increasing demand for our local delivery service since its launch in August 2015! To ensure the ordered items are delivered to your door efficiently without any delays, our local delivery service policy is here for you to follow.

1. Order Placement

1.1 Order Placement Method
You can order Young Living products online anytime anywhere by logging into Virtual Office.
Be sure to provide correct phone number and delivery address when you place an order so that your ordered items will be delivered to your door. To ensure we can reach you, please input your phone number behind the Shipping Name, for example “Shipping Name: Minnie Mouse (+852 9876 5432)
If you are changing your pick-up method from Will Call to local delivery service, please make sure you input your own address correctly.
Double check the Order Confirmation Page before you click “Submit”.
1.2 Changes or Cancellation Policy
Absolutely NO changes or cancellation of order is allowed after “Submit” is pressed including the revision of ordered items, ordered quantity, shipping address, recipient’s name and phone number. Please ensure your order is final before clicking the "submit" button and/or manage your ER template before your scheduled processing date.
1.3 Order Processing Date
The cut-off time for order placement is 6 pm Monday through Friday. Order placed after 6 pm will be processed on the following business day.
1.4 Additional Fee
Any order cancelled after the “Submit” button is clicked, a handling fee of HK120 will be charged.
For Essential Rewards Order, an additional restocking fee of 25% and 2-way shipping charges will apply if Essential Rewards template is sent and shipped due to failure to update your Essential Rewards order in a timely manner.

2. Delivery Service

2.1 Delivery Days & Time
Young Living products will be delivered to you within 2 to 5 business days depending on districts. More business days will be required in remote areas and island areas*.
*Remote Area: Sai Kung, Clear Water Bay, Lau Fau Shan, Lok Ma Chau, Sham Tseng, Lung Kwu Tan, Walled Villages with address in DD/Lot no.
Island Area 1: Tung Chung, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay (Items will be delivered on Saturday ONLY).
Island Area 2: Cheung Chau, Lantau Island (except for Tung Chung and Discovery Bay), Ping Chau and Lamma Island (Items will be delivered via SF Express and more business days will be required)
Delivery will be arranged between 9:00am and 6:00pm from Monday to Saturday (except for Sunday and Public holidays).
2.2 Delivery Notification
If a MOBILE phone number is provided, there will be a courtesy SMS notification prior to the actual delivery. If a HOME phone number is provided (which begins with 2 or 3), you will not receive any SMS notifications. In order to maintain efficiency of delivery service to other members, you are not allowed to select the delivery date and time.
Our logistics vendor will still deliver the ordered items to your designated address even if you have not picked up the call.
You have responsibility to sign off and confirm the receipt of all products.
2.3 Delivery Failure (max. 2 attempts)
Our logistics partner will leave a note (with contact details) on your door to inform you of goods delivery failure.
Upon 2 failed attempts, your parcel will be returned to the warehouse. Your order will be cancelled and a handling fee of HK$120 will be charged on your account automatically. If your order is a Standard Order, you are required to log into Virtual Office and place a new order again. If it is an Essential Rewards Order, please contact us at HK@youngliving.com or 2897-5600.
Young Living will not be responsible for any loss of commissions or ER points due to unsuccessful deliveries.

2.4 Eligible Locations

Our local delivery service is for Hong Kong members only. We do not support delivery to Mainland China, Macau and other international locations. Please contact InternationalSupport@youngliving.com to find out how to ship to your location.
For location without elevator, delivery service will be provided to the 1st - 3rd floors only. For 4th floor or above, the delivery service provider will contact you for the delivery arrangement. Thank you for your understanding.

3. Local Delivery Fee

To encourage you to select the shipping option, Young Living Hong Kong will subsidize a portion of the shipping cost. You can enjoy a discounted shipping shown as below.
