I’ve used the Lemon Vitality in my almond flour blueberry muffins. It was delicious. Today tried the Citrus Fresh Vitality in the same recipe. It’s good but the lemon is still the winner.

I had some raw Brazil nuts soaking when I saw this blog, and so after I’d drained them, I put them back in the jar I’d soaked them in, drizzled in a bit of coconut oil, a few drops of lemon vitality and a couple drops of rosemary vitality, and then I dried them in my dehydrator – OH MY!!! They’re amazing!!! 🙂

What’s the difference between rosemary and rosemary “vitality”? Between lemon and lemon “vitality”?

    • Young Living March 10, 2016 - 11:38 am Reply

Hi Dale, thank you for your question. With the same constituents and purity, Rosemary Vitality and Lemon Vitality are part of our Vitality line, which is labeled for dietary use, while Rosemary and Lemon are part of the topical/aromatic line labeled for topical and aromatic uses. We recommend referring to the usage directions on each individual product label. Thanks for stopping by!

I have almonds in the house, not cashews…do you think it would work the same to use those?
