Create this delicious and easy recipe created by Sylvie Shirazi of Gourmande in the Kitchen as a party snack or completely for yourself. (We won’t tell!) With Lemon Vitality™, Rosemary Vitality™, and a dash of salt, this fresh recipe is sure to spice up your everyday snacking.

Warm Rosemary-Lemon Cashews Recipe

Prep Time: 7 minutes

Cook Time: 8 minutes

Total Time: 15 minutes

Yield: 4–6 servings

Warm Rosemary-Lemon Cashews Recipe


  • 16 ounces raw cashews
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 sprigs fresh rosemary, leaves removed
  • The peel of 1 lemon, pith removed
  • 4 drops Rosemary Vitality
  • 2 drops Lemon Vitality
  • ¾ teaspoon coarse sea salt


  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Place the nuts on a baking sheet and roast for about 8–10 minutes, until warm and lightly golden.
  3. In the meantime, warm the olive oil, fresh rosemary, and lemon zest in a small skillet over medium heat until it begins to sizzle and smells fragrant. Add the roasted cashews and stir to coat completely.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in the Rosemary Vitality, Lemon Vitality, and salt. Serve warm.

    I’ve used the Lemon Vitality in my almond flour blueberry muffins. It was delicious. Today tried the Citrus Fresh Vitality in the same recipe. It’s good but the lemon is still the winner.

    I had some raw Brazil nuts soaking when I saw this blog, and so after I’d drained them, I put them back in the jar I’d soaked them in, drizzled in a bit of coconut oil, a few drops of lemon vitality and a couple drops of rosemary vitality, and then I dried them in my dehydrator – OH MY!!! They’re amazing!!! 🙂

    What’s the difference between rosemary and rosemary “vitality”? Between lemon and lemon “vitality”?
