The 2026 APAC Silver Retreat will take place on January 15-18, 2027 .

- The all-expenses paid trip is offered to one person per Young Living account.
- Retreat attendance is non-transferable and not redeemable for monetary or other compensation.
- Any branded gear given to Qualifiers is available only to those who attend the event.
- At the time of attendance, the qualifying Brand Partner must have an active Young Living account and be in good standing with Young Living to attend any Young Living Silver Retreat.**
- If a Brand Partner has newly qualified for the Silver Retreat, has an active Young Living account, and is in good standing with Young Living***, but is unable to attend the Silver Retreat they qualified for, they can request one deferral to attend the following year.
- To request for a deferral, Qualifiers should email apacsales@youngliving.com with reasons for the deferral and supporting documents by November 15, 2026. All requests will be reviewed and processed on a case-by-case basis. Deferral or cancellation requests received after this deadline will be considered invalid, and the retreat qualification will be considered redeemed.
- Failure to register for the Retreat or submit a request for deferral by the applicable deadline will be deemed a forfeiture of your invitation to attend the Silver Retreat. Your invitation will not be automatically deferred to a future Silver Retreat.

** An active Young Living account is determined by the local market’s policies and procedures. To be in good standing with Young Living, the account must pass a conduct review.
***To attend a Silver Retreat, the account must be active and in good standing at the time of attendance.
- Must be 2 years old or above to attend.
- Young Living reserves the right to determine if a guest is allowed to attend any activities and/or training during the retreat.
- Please note that only registered paid guests will be allowed to participate in the events at Silver Retreat. Unregistered guests will not be permitted to attend the events at Silver Retreat and will be kindly asked to excuse themselves from the activity or wait until the specific event has concluded.
- Registration for all Qualifiers and paid guests will be open from July 24 - August 7, 2026 .
- International Brand Partners requiring a visa invitation letter may request one during registration or by contacting your local Young Living office. You may also email apacsales@youngliving.com to request for the letter.

If you choose to bring additional children beyond the paid guest, please note the following:
I. Young Living will not provide activities, meals, lodging, transportation, or day care for children, nor will children be permitted to attend any retreat activity with you. Please make prior arrangements to ensure your children are cared for while you participate in retreat activities. Nursing infants are welcome to attend.
II. Arrangements for extra beds or additional rooms will be made in accordance with the hotel’s bedding policies which are as follows:
- Children of 6 years old and beyond are considered as adults and must be provided with an individual bed.
- Children under 6 years old may share a bed with one adult. Alternatively, an extra bed may be requested for which an additional charge will apply.
IV. Airport transfers will need to be arranged on your own. We will not be able to guarantee transfers for additional children; however, they may join the shuttle if space is available.
If you plan to bring children, this needs to be communicated with your local Young Living office when flights are booked. Any attempt to include unregistered children on the trip, without prior notification and subsequent approval from your local office, may lead to their exclusion from accommodation and incur additional charges to the Qualifier.
II. Self-booking of flights and accommodation for this trip without prior approval from your local Young Living office is strictly prohibited. Qualifiers who purchase their own airline tickets without obtaining prior approval from your local Young Living office will not be eligible for reimbursement.
III. Qualifiers who are approved for self-booking of flights are encouraged to align their arrival time with their market’s Qualifiers, as airport transfers to the hotel are scheduled accordingly. Those arriving outside the designated transfer schedule must arrange their own transportation or inform the local Young Living Sales Team as early as possible to explore transfer options.
IV. Qualifiers approved for self-booking of flights must submit their confirmed flight details to their local Young Living Sales Team no later than November 15, 2026 to ensure proper arrangements for transfers and accommodation. Failure to submit flight details by the deadline will be considered as intent to cancel.
V. All expenses incurred for travel between a Qualifier's residence and the departure airport are the sole responsibility of the Qualifier. This includes luggage fees and any other related expenses.
VI. Please be aware that the flight booking policy is to arrange travel for the Qualifier and their registered guest for the duration of the event which is January 15-18, 2027. Any extension or deviation from the event dates will be the sole responsibility of the Qualifier.
VII. Airport transfers for those extending or deviating from the official event dates will not be provided by Young Living.
VIII. Once flight arrangements for the trip are ticketed, they are considered final, and any modifications will be the sole responsibility of the Qualifiers, including any associated fees. Young Living will not assume liability for additional charges incurred due to changes in flight plans that are beyond our control.
IX. In the event that a Qualifier misses their scheduled flight due to reasons beyond Young Living's control, it is imperative to note that Young Living will not be responsible for rebooking or covering any associated costs. Any additional fees or expenses incurred for rearranging flights due to Qualifier-related circumstances will be the sole responsibility of the Qualifier.
X. Cancellation or no-shows after confirming flight and hotel arrangements will be considered as the trip is redeemed.
II. Young Living covers a single room for Qualifier without guest and a twin room for Qualifier with a paid guest, including daily breakfast for the duration of the trip. In the event that you bring additional guests or children for the trip, arrangements for extra beds or additional rooms will be made in accordance with the hotel’s policies, and additional room surcharges or related costs will be the sole responsibility of the Qualifier.
III. Qualifiers assume responsibility for any incidental charges associated with the hotel room, including but not limited to room service, mini bar, laundry, international calls, internet usage, and similar amenities. Additionally, Qualifiers are not permitted to charge any meals, services, or other expenses from the hotel to their room.
IV. Qualifiers are required to provide their credit card details upon check-in. Please ensure a valid credit card is available at the time of check-in.
V. Any nights stayed outside the event dates will be at your own cost and based on availability at the hotel. Young Living will not cover additional expenses for early arrivals or late departures.
For holders of a Philippines passport: Visa must be submitted to the appropriate visa authorities no later than October 29, 2026. Applicants must retain proof of their visa application submission (such as an official receipt, screenshots of the submission, or an acknowledgement from the visa application center or embassy), as this may be required if a visa application is subsequently denied. In the event of a visa denial, Young Living will review the proof of timely submission to determine eligibility for a trip deferral in accordance with the Deferral Policy. Visa applications submitted after October 29, 2026 that are subsequently denied will not be eligible for a deferral. .
TRAVEL INSURANCE
All Qualifiers and paid guests must purchase the required travel insurance prior to travel and provide proof of valid travel insurance coverage to Young Living upon request and before departure. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of travel insurance may result in the inability to participate in the trip.
II. Airlines and immigration authorities strongly discourage women in advanced stages of pregnancy (6 months and beyond) from flying or entering certain countries. In some cases, flying is permitted in earlier stages of pregnancy (less than 6 months) if a written certification of fitness to travel is provided by a doctor. Please consult with your doctor before making any travel arrangements.
III. There is no Covid-19 vaccination requirement to enter Japan. Additionally, vaccination proof or pre-departure testing are no longer required either
IV. Attendees will be expected to comply with any governmental restrictions and requirements. If you are uncomfortable with any restriction or requirement, we encourage you to reach out to your local market’s Sales team and let them know your reasons.
II. The deadline to cancel registration for Qualifiers and paid guests is by November 15, 2026. Failure to cancel by this deadline may result in additional charges. In addition, the Qualifier's Silver Retreat will be considered redeemed if the cancellation is made after this deadline. The Deferral Policy will continue to apply to cancellations submitted on or before the November 15, 2026 deadline, subject to the terms of the policy.
III. Young Living will not be liable in the event of cancellation or delays due to any of the following: extreme weather, natural disasters, strikes, demonstrations, attempted boycotts, fires, floods, accidents, wars, declared or not revolutions, riots, insurrections, acts of the Natural, governmental provisions, acts of public enemy, shortage or rationing of gasoline or other vital fuels or products, inability to obtain materials or the hand of or other causes that are not reasonably beyond Young Living's control.

GENERAL
The 2026 APAC Silver Retreat will be held in Okinawa, Japan, and will take place on January 15-18, 2027 .
Young Living will cover the cost of your stay, including your return airfare, group airport transfers, hotel accommodations, specified retreat meals, branded retreat swag, retreat activities and ground transportation for retreat activities during the duration of the trip. Incidental costs, such as meals during travel, airline baggage fees, etc., will be covered at the attendee’s expense.
DEFERRALS
Life can bring unexpected challenges, and we do our best to accommodate them. If you are unable to attend this year, a one-time deferral policy will apply. Attendance may be deferred for one-time only and will be approved on case-by-case basis, depending on circumstances.
Please note that you must maintain an active status to remain eligible for the retreat. If your account becomes inactive, your name will automatically be removed from the invitation list, making you ineligible to join the retreat.
To request for a deferral, please email apacsales@youngliving.com stating your reasons for a deferral and any documentation to support your request by November 15, 2026. Deferral or cancellation requests received after this deadline will be considered invalid, and your retreat qualification will be considered redeemed.
Failure to register for the Retreat or submit a request for deferral by the applicable deadline will be deemed a forfeiture of your invitation to attend the Silver Retreat. Your invitation will not be automatically deferred to a future Silver Retreat.
As you have already been granted a deferral in the past, we regret to inform you that no further deferrals can be offered. This is in accordance with Young Living’s Recognition Retreat Deferral Policy that has been reinstated in January 2025.
GUESTS
Qualifiers may invite one qualified* guest to attend for a USD500 fee which includes: hotel accommodation, specified retreat meals, branded retreat swag, retreat activities, and ground transportation for retreat activities during the event. In addition to the USD500 guest fee, Qualifiers are also responsible for booking their guest’s flight tickets. Please note that the guest fee must be paid before booking flights.
*Qualified guests:
- Must be 2 years old or above to attend.
- Young Living reserves the right to determine if a guest is allowed to attend any activities and/or training during the retreat.
- Please note that only registered paid guests will be allowed to participate in the events at Silver Retreat. Leadership Training is exclusively available to Qualifiers and their paid guests. If a registered guest is a child, the Qualifier is responsible for ensuring their child remains well-behaved and does not disrupt the session for other attendees. Attendance is mandatory for all Qualifiers.
Young Living is a family company, and as such, we understand you may want to bring your children with you to the retreat. You have the option of bringing one child above 2 years old as your paid guest by paying a USD500 guest fee .

FLIGHT BOOKING & EXTENSIONS
Please plan to arrive before 4 p.m. on the arrival day of the event (January 15, 2027), and depart anytime on departure day of the event (January 18, 2027).
Once you have registered, your local team will reach out to book your flight. Self-booking of flights and accommodation for this trip without prior approval from your local Young Living office is strictly prohibited. Qualifiers who purchase their own airline tickets without obtaining prior approval from your local Young Living office will not be eligible for reimbursement.
If you have paid and registered to bring a guest, you may also book their flight at the same time.
All flights will be booked economy; any available upgrades are at your own expense.
Airport transfers will be provided to Qualifiers and their paid guests to and from your hotel and the airport during the official arrival and departure dates (arrival date: January 15, 2027, departure date: January 18, 2027).

ACCOMMODATION
All attendees will be staying at the Hilton Okinawa Chatan Resort. Hotel assignments are carefully considered by our team, based on the operational requirements of the company. Hotel room information will be communicated to you within a few weeks of the retreat.

Each Qualifier is entitled to their own hotel room. If you are bringing a paid guest, you will be required to share a room with that guest.
You may not book your own hotel room during the event dates.
The standard check-in time is 3:00 PM, and the standard check-out time is 12:00 PM.
Please be aware that the policy is to arrange travel for the Qualifier and their registered guest for the duration of the event, which is January 15-18, 2027. Any nights stayed outside the official event dates will be at your own cost and based on availability at the hotel. Young Living will not cover additional expenses for early arrivals or late departures.
Young Living will cover the cost of ground transportation, specified meals, and hotel accommodation during the official event dates only. If you arrive or depart outside of the event dates, ground transportation to the hotel will not be arranged or covered.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
If you cancel or do not attend after confirming your flight and hotel arrangements, the trip will be considered redeemed, and no compensation will be provided.
No, Qualifiers who cancel their participation will not receive a refund for the value of the prizes. Additionally, Young Living may request reimbursement for costs related to the cancellation of the trip at the company’s discretion.
The deadline to cancel registration for Qualifiers and paid guests is by November 15, 2026. Failure to cancel by this deadline may result in additional charges. In addition, the Qualifier's Silver Retreat will be considered redeemed if the cancellation is made after this deadline. The Deferral Policy will continue to apply to cancellations submitted on or before the November 15, 2026 deadline, subject to the terms of the policy.
Young Living will not be liable for cancellations or delays caused by extreme weather, natural disasters, strikes, demonstrations, accidents, wars, government actions, fuel shortages, or other circumstances beyond its control.
In the event of cancellation for guests, the USD500 guest fee will be refunded. Refunds will be processed in two batches before the event, with the first batch by October 15, 2026 and the second batch by December 15, 2026. It will take up to 30 days to credit the refund back to the credit card.
OTHERS
Registration opens from July 24-August 7, 2026. You will receive an email with the registration link for Qualifiers and paid guests once registration opens. Be sure to register early to secure your spot for this unforgettable experience.
