Your handy guide to paying for your Young Living orders
Q. How can I pay for my order if I don’t have a credit card?
A. Try using your ATM/debit card.
All ATM cards that have the VISA or Mastercard logo work as a debit card and can be used for online transactions. Add the 16-digit number (not the bank account number) to the My Wallet section of your Virtual Office to add the card as a new payment method.
Q. Why is my current ATM/debit card not working in the website?
A. Check with your bank if the card has debit card capabilities. Some old versions of ATM/debit cards* cannot be used for online purchases. You might need to update your debit card.
*Note: This includes ATM/debit cards from provincial banks and some types of cards from Landbank, BDO, BPI and PNB.
Check your ATM/debit card’s online account or mobile app. Some ATM/debit cards need to be activated for online purchases and other e-commerce capabilities. For BPI debit card holders, you may refer to this link on how to turn on your "E-Commerce Access."
Q. I’m concerned about the security of my credit card details for online transactions, are there any other payment methods?
A. Try using e-wallets:
You can use the physical GCash Mastercard for your online transactions. Add the 16-digit number on the My Wallet section of your Virtual Office to add GCash Mastercard as a new payment method. It is applicable for new enrollments, Quick Order and Essential Rewards orders.

Q. Why are my international cards (VISA or Mastercard) not working in the payment system?
A. Call your credit card issuing bank to authorize local online transactions. We accept international cards only with VISA or Mastercard functionalities. It is applicable for new enrollments, Quick Order and Essential Rewards orders.
Q. Can I pay using PayPal?
A. As of now, we do not support payments done through PayPal.
Q. What should I do if I continue to encounter payment errors or failed payments, despite doing all the checking with my credit card issuing bank?
A. Here are some solutions you may try:
Try deleting the failed credit card details and add another known usable credit card.
Try adding a new credit card to the Account Wallet before purchasing in the Virtual Office
Clear the cache in your internet browser
Check if your device (laptop, mobile, or desktop) needs some system updates
Young Living values your security especially when it comes to your personal and financial information. Rest assured that all information such as banking and personal data submitted to our Virtual Office system are encrypted and protected to guarantee your safety.

1. 1. Make sure that there is sufficient fund or credit in your chosen payment facility (credit card, debit card, etc.)
2. 2. Double check if the credit card or debit card information in the Virtual Office is correct.
3. 3. For debit card numbers, kindly indicate the 16-digit card number, not the bank account number.
4. 4. Ensure that your credit card dues are fully paid on time. Late payments may not be officially posted yet.
5. 5. Check if you have multiple transactions using the same credit card. Banks normally put credit cards on-hold to safeguard against fraudulent transactions.
