Orders paid beyond the cut-off time will be delivered the following day. Please keep your address and phone number information updated in the Virtual Office to ensure successful delivery.

To ensure that your order will be delivered on the same day, kindly place and pay your order before 9AM PHT. Your order should arrive on or before 8PM PHT.

All payment method types are accepted in our same-day delivery if the order is paid before 9AM PHT.

The same-day delivery service is not applicable to the following:

• Orders paid on Sundays

• Orders under review

• Orders affected by system-related issues

• During promotions, holidays, inclement weather, and other unforeseen events.

Any authorized person can receive your order. However, the 2nd delivery attempt may arrive the following day. Otherwise, our delivery partner will proceed with RTS (Return to Shipper). Please reach out to our delivery partner to avoid any potential shipping fee and restocking fee for any return, refused, or canceled orders during a delivery attempt.

Where can I check the status of my order?

To know the status of your order, log in to your Virtual Office, go to My Account and click on My Order History.


Q: What do pending, shipped and cancelled mean?

Q: It says SHIPPED but I have not yet received my order. What should I do?
A: Send an email to our Member Services Team at custserv.ph@youngliving.com with your complete order details.

Q: It says PENDING but I have already received my order. What should I do?
A: Send an email to our Member Services Team at custserv.ph@youngliving.com with your complete order details.

I received wrong or missing items, what should I do?

The item may have recently temporarily run out of stock, had a labeling delay, missed during packing or possible pilferage in transit


Q: What should I do if I received missing items or wrong products?
A: Send an email to our Member Services Team at custserv.ph@youngliving.com with the following attachments: Photo of the packslip, box and products received. All requests are subject to investigation.


Q: For out of stocks product:
A: An email notification will be sent to affected members to coordinate the missing item from the order. The missing item will be delivered separately as soon as stocks become available.

We're here to support your needs!


As our valued leader, you have the special privilege to rent our Experience Center (EC) for your PRIVATE ROADSHOW EVENTS! For a maximum of 3 hours, host your team-exclusive events inside the home of Young Living Philippines in Manila or Davao. Utilize the equipment and assigned staff inside the EC and take your new members on an experiential oil tour. The best part is you can get your orders right away!





Manila Experience Center
Exclusively for achieved Diamond Leaders and above only, the Manila EC can be rented out every Saturday from 4PM to 7PM; except if the event date falls on a month-end. Dates are subject for approval.



Davao Experience Center
Exclusively for achieved Gold Leaders and above only, the Davao EC can be rented out every Saturday from 4PM to 7PM; except if the event date falls on a month-end. Dates are subject for approval.



Eligibility
1. Qualified Leaders must consign the Gather & Grow: EC Exclusive Event Package.


2. Qualified Leaders must abide by our roadshow Terms & Conditions and policies:

· Must not have any pending unliquidated roadshow consignment

· Must have an active credit card on file

· Must submit 1 email request per event date

· Must comply with the roadshow consignment liquidation timeframe


3. The EC Event Rental fee is P1,000 per hour (VAT inclusive), for a minimum of 3 hours.


Young Living Philippines reserves the right to refuse events and activities that may run into conflict with corporate events and activities.




Request Process
1. All qualified Leaders must email their EC Exclusive Event request through the following channels:

· Manila Experience Center: younglivingph.trainingroom@gmail.com

· Davao Experience Center: ylphdavaoec@gmail.com


2. All requests must be submitted at least TWO WEEKS PRIOR to the scheduled event. Only Saturdays, 4PM to 7PM, are available; except if the event date falls on a month end.


3. Consignments will follow the Gather & Grow roadshow consignment process.


4. Once the request has been submitted, qualified Leaders will receive an email notification on the status of their request within 3 business days after the email request submission.


5. Once the EC Exclusive Event has been approved, the qualified Leader must settle the total rental fee within 3 business days. If the payment has not been settled, the reservation will be canceled.

· Payment may be done over the counter at the Manila or Davao Experience Centers or via bank transfer through Young Living’s Bank of the Philippine Islands account: 1921118925.

· For payments done through bank transfer, please submit your proof of payment through email with the subject: DATE - EXCLUSIVE EC RENTAL FEE (Example: JANUARY 28 - EXCLUSIVE EC RENTAL FEE)

Guidelines
· All qualified Leaders must submit their request two weeks prior the event date. All activities to be done during the event must be disclosed to Young Living Philippines.


· Qualified Leaders are allowed to promote their event inside the Experience Center as "EXCLUSIVE PRIVATE EVENT" with their team name.


· Qualified Leaders are allowed 1 hour to prepare before the event and 1 hour to fix the Experience Center after their event.


· During their ingress and egress period, we highly encourage Leaders to be mindful of other members conducting their own business inside the Experience Center.


· In case the event may extend beyond the 3-hour limit, there will be a P500 fee per hour.


· Food and drinks are not allowed inside the Experience Center premises, except for the consumption of NingXia drinks.


· All members are expected to maintain the order and cleanliness of the Experience Center


· Note that we cannot maintain the exclusivity of the event as the Experience Center will still be open for regular operations.


· Any prospects that may walk-in during the Exclusive EC Event will automatically be under the qualified Leader who organized the event.


· The Member Services Team will be available during the 3-hr Exclusive Event to help process other orders. However, they will not be allowed to process consignment liquidation for the roadshow package.


Frequently Asked Questions


Both the Manila and Davao Experience Centers are available for your EC Exclusive Events every Saturday, from 4PM to 7PM, except if the event date falls on a month-end.


Dates are subject to approval.

· The Manila EC is available for EC Exclusive Event of achieved Diamond Leaders and Up.

· The Davao EC is available for EC Exclusive Event of achieved Gold Leaders and Up.

Both the Manila and Davao ECs rental fee is P1,000 per hour (VAT inclusive) for a minimum of 3 hours.


Events beyond 3 hours will be subject to an extension rental fee of P500 per hour.

Yes, the EC Exclusive rental is available as a venue for qualified Leaders’ roadshow events.


a. Qualified Leaders must consign the Gather & Grow: EC Exclusive Event Package. The consigned kits will be made available onsite (at the EC) during the day of the event.

b. Qualified Leaders must abide by our roadshow Terms & Conditions and policies:

· Must not have any pending unliquidated roadshow consignment

· Must have an active credit card on file

· Must submit 1 email request per event date

· Must comply with the roadshow consignment liquidation timeframe


c. Qualified Leaders renting the EC will not be eligible for the 10,000 cash subsidy from the Rose Above Challenge package.

Golds and above (below Diamond) who wish to rent the Davao EC will be given an exception to avail of the EC Exclusive Event Package.

Young Living expects our Members to utilize the EC to grow their Young Living business. Simply put, we encourage activities that leads to enrollments, trainings, and promotion of product usage. Complementary activities are allowable such as DIY classes, raindrop massage, yoga, sound bath, meditations, etc. which utilizes Young Living products.

As part of our agreement, qualified Leaders need to inform Young Living of the activities that will transpire during the exclusive 3-hour use of the EC.

To maintain the cleanliness and for pest control, we do not allow food and drinks inside the EC premises except for the consumption of Ningxia and/or Bloom Collagen Drinks. Brand Partners are expected to maintain the order and cleanliness of the experience center.

Qualified Leaders are allowed 1 hour to ingress and 1 hour to egress during their events. During ingress/egress hours, Qualified Leaders are expected to be mindful of other members conducting their own business in the EC.

Members are allowed to promote their event at the Young Living Experience Centers as “EXCLUSIVE PRIVATE EVENT” with their team names. Usage of trademarks are subject to Young Living Policies and Procedures.

We highly encourage our Brand Partners to strictly follow the 3-hour event period; as we have to cater to the needs of our other Members

Member Services will be available during the 3-hour Exclusive Event to help process other orders. However, they will not be allowed to process consignment liquidation for the roadshow package that the organizer availed.

b. Requests must be submitted at least 2 weeks before their scheduled event.

· For payments done through bank transfer, please submit your proof of payment through email with the subject: DATE - EXCLUSIVE EC RENTAL FEE(Example: JANUARY 28 - EXCLUSIVE EC RENTAL FEE)

a. Exclusive use of the EC for 3 hours (with air-conditioning)

b. Member Services Support (for order processing only)

c. Use of available microphone (1), speakers (1) and projector (1). To be requested.

d. Use of the TV to plug in presentations.

e. Usage of available essential oils for trials and scent sampling. (Except for DIY activities or refilling of personal bottles)

f. Drinking water will be provided

The Baguio Pick-Up Center member lounge area is now open for reservations from Tuesdays to Saturdays, 10AM to 6PM, to Senior Stars and above* with good standing.


Limit to 2 per member, per month


*Members below Silver must be endorsed by their Silver upline to reserve.





Request Process
1. Reservation requests can be sent via SMS or email

2. A notification email or SMS will be sent to the member, informing them if the request is approved or denied.


Events will be approved if:

· The desired date and time of the event is still available

· Booked on a first come, first serve basis (Please wait for Flying High's confirmation)

· Requested ahead of time; limited to 2 bookings per month, per member (A member may only book a maximum of 1-month in advance)





Guidelines
· No food/drinks inside the Baguio Pick-Up Center Member Lounge. Snacks may be allowed—observe CLAYGO.


· Please note that any materials (additional chairs and tables, papers, pens, projectors, essential oils, DIY materials, enrollment kits, etc.) to be used must be provided by the member.


· Any cancellation of a reservation may be subject to review for future reservation requests.


How do I track my delivery?

Track the status of your orders easily with the new YLPH Order Tracker! Upon order placement, just wait for our SMS notification from YLPH ORDER to get your unique Order Reference Number (13xxxx).

Note: The new tracker only reflects orders placed from September 1 onwards. Kindly check the tracker 24 hours upon placement of order.
