2022 Holiday Catalog Frequently Asked Questions



All Philippine based members can avail on Quick Order all the bundles and products featured in the 2022 Holiday Catalog from October 24, 12 NN until supplies last. Non-YLPH members are not eligible to purchase from the YLPH Holiday Catalog.

The bundles and products have no purchase limit.



A special category called “2022 Holiday Catalog” will be created in the Quick Order Catalog in your Virtual Office (VO). This will house all the holiday special bundles and products.



Shipments for all holiday catalog orders will follow the standard delivery and pick up schedules. *There will be an exemption for T-shirt orders that are for pick up at the Cebu pick up center. This item will be available for Cebu pick up starting November 2, 2022.

No, the Holiday Catalog offers are on Quick Order only. ER points may not be used to purchase any item. You may pay via credit card, Dragonpay or Account Credits.

Yes, you may include any other regular products together with your Holiday Catalog orders. Note that all the orders are under Quick Order.

Yes. All orders of at least 250 PV in a single order during the Holiday Catalog promo period will include the free PV promo items too.

It is highly advisable that you open your Holiday Catalog orders within 48 hours from the time of delivery. Inspect the items right away. In case of defective or broken items, kindly send an email to custserv.ph@youngliving.com with the following details:



a. Member ID
b. PIN
c. Order ID
d. Video that shows the defect on the item/s received
e. Photo of the invoice beside or behind the defective item. Make sure these 2 are just taken in 1 photo file



We will only honor product related complaints within 7 days from delivery. Any complaints beyond this time will be considered invalid. We will only replace items if the issue or cause of breakage was due to factory defect or courier mishandling. Product replacement will follow the regular policy. Note though that these are limited time offers. We cannot guarantee that there are stocks still to replace the original order/s with exactly the same item. We may offer corresponding substitutes as necessary.

Note though that Holiday Catalog offers are limited life items and there is a chance that some bundles and products might go out of stock fast. It is highly recommended that you settle any payment concerns immediately.

Reminders for inactive members who will request for account reactivation:

a. For faster processing, please prepare your member ID, PIN, sponsor, and enroller information. If you have been inactive for 1 – 24 months, you only need to place a purchase of at least 50 PV either on Quick Order or Essential Rewards.
b. If you have been inactive for more than 24 months, you need to either purchase a Starter Kit (PES/EES) or any products worth at least 100 PV.
c. Account holders, and not their upline, should be the one requesting for reactivation via phone call.

Yes, the Holiday Catalog items you purchased will be considered to reactivate your account.

Accomplish the Bulk Order request via Jotform or via email bulkorder.ylph@youngliving.com from Tuesdays to Saturdays, 10am to 2pm, to be able to pick up orders at the Experience Center in the next 24 hours (business day).
