Yes, all shipping costs will be shouldered by the member.
Philippine Essential Rewards (ER) members, however, will get FREE shipping for their PV gifts from their On-the-Ground (OTG) purchases. As such, they will only pay for shipping fees for the products they order. ER members can save as much as P340 on shipping for this month’s PV promotion.
With the ongoing Community Quarantine, pick up of orders from the Experience Center is not an option. This will be available again once our operation is back to normal.
This order will be considered valid on the date the purchase was paid, hence, you will be entitled to receive 20 bonus ER points.
Please expect the 20 bonus ER points credited to your account on or before February 28, 2021.
You may use the bonus ER points once it has been credited to your account.
