JUMPSTART PROGRAM MECHANICS:
1. All 20 groups to be given FREE training with a randomly assigned Fitness First Coach.
2. Training starts on January 25 to February 25, 2021
2x a week group training with coach*
1x a week townhall training every Friday
*training schedules with coach on a first come first served basis.
3. Each group member will be asked to set a goal to be signed by their coach.
4. Each group member is required to:
a. Attend all training sessions.
b. Submit required program photos, videos, and weigh-ins.
5. Each group member to be scored according to be the criteria below:
50% coach’s grade
40% training attendance
10% on-time submission of requirements
6. The group with the highest collective score will win the Jumpstart program. Winning group to be announced on March 5, 2021.
7. Each member of the winning group will win a OVICX Q2S PLUS Treadmill or OVICX Q200 Spin Bike*
*Group member may choose between the 2 prizes

JUMPSTART TRAINING SCHEDULE:
Each group will be asked to pick a weekly schedule with their assigned coach:
a. Mondays and Wednesdays at 8:00-9:00AM and Fridays at 5:00PM
b. Mondays and Wednesday at 4:00-5:00PM and Fridays at 5:00PM
c. Mondays and Wednesday at 6:00-7:00PM and Fridays at 5:00PM
d. Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8:00-9:00AM and Fridays at 5:00PM
e. Tuesdays and Thursdays at 4:00-5:00PM and Fridays at 5:00PM
f. Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:00-7:00PM and Fridays at 5:00PM
Training schedules are on a first come first served basis with their trainer
