No, tickets are non-refundable.

a. No, the Anniversary Gifts will only be available for pick up at the day of the event (November 30, 2022).

b. You can ask another member to pick up your Anniversary Gifts for you as long as you provide a valid QR Code to them.

No, all details (name, member ID, contact details) indicated on each ticket are considered final.

a. You may see your purchased tickets in your Ticketmelon Account profile.

b. Upon payment confirmation, ALL E-ticket PDFs will be sent to the e-mail address you used to log in your Ticket Melon account.

*Ticket buyers are responsible for sending out ALL E-ticket PDFs to the ticket users.

Your E-ticket PDF was sent to the email of the person who purchased your ticket.

a. Each E-ticket PDF contains a unique “QR CODE” which is needed for event registration.

b. Each QR Code is tied to the person who purchased the ticket. Once the QR Code is scanned at the Registration, no one else can re-use the QR Code to enter the event.

YLPH member IDs indicated under each ticket will have access to the promos.

No, the promos are exclusive for YLPH members only.

It will be available on your Virtual Office under the category “Infinite Anniversary Promos” once they are launched during the Anniversary event.

a. If you decide to become a member on the day of the event, you may enroll via Virtual Office and provide a Member ID so you can purchase the Anniversary Bundles.
