Young Living Hosts Reforestation Effort in Idaho

SALT LAKE CITY—May 22, 2013—Young Living, the World Leader in Essential Oils®, has just concluded its annual Spring Planting event at its Highland Flats farm in Naples, Idaho. At the event a group of passionate company distributors, joined by Young Living Founder and CEO D. Gary Young, planted tens of thousands of balsam fir and blue spruce tree seedlings across acres of pristine Idaho farmland.

The event is an integral part of the first step in Young Living’s Seed to Seal® process, which involves careful attention to detail—from the seeds sown to the plants harvested—to ensure that Young Living continues to offer the purest, most therapeutic-grade essential oils available. Young Living is committed to engaging in the most sustainable forestry practices possible.

“The Seed to Seal process is one of the many facets that sets Young Living Essential Oils apart from any other essential oil company,” said Jay Anderton, Young Living’s director of global farms. “Not only do we own our own farms, but we also invite Young Living distributors to participate in this process with us. These hard-working distributors dig into the soil, plant trees, and gain a personal testimonial of the dedication that goes into every Young Living product.”
