It’s back to school time, and that means your family is going to be exposed to germs, viruses, and pathogens. To protect your family, teaching good hygiene habits is always a wise approach.

Here are some tips to protect yourself and the ones you love with Young Living products:

Sanitize surfaces and places that are known to harbor germs. Desks, computers, lockers, or any other place where multiple hands touch are great ways to spread germs.

Here are a few sanitizing tips using Young Living products:

  • Use Thieves Wipes or Thieves Spray on desks, chairs, lunch tables, computer mouse and keyboards, bathroom areas.
  • Use 1–2 drops of lemon essential oil to remove gum, oil, grease spots, glue or adhesive, and crayon from most surfaces.

In addition to sanitizing areas, make sure to get adequate sleep, eat a healthy diet, and exercise regularly.

    For back to school especially high school I like to use Rosemary for Clarity of mind and as always I love to use Lavender for calming and stress release 🙂

    I know that the Raindrop Technique would be perfect for adults with kids who bring home all kinds of germs and bacteria. Would anyone recommend a modified version of Raindrop for the kids?

    My Students Wash All Of OurTables And Counters With Thieves Cleaner At The End Of Each Day. I Had Barely Any Sick Kids Last Year!
