On the Quick Order catalog in your VO, a special category called “11.11 Promos” will be created. It will have all the special codes for all 11.11 promotional items and bundles.
Can I start adding 11.11 promo items to my cart before 12 midnight?
No. Special discount and bundle codes have been created for all 11.11 promos. Make sure you purchase using the promo codes. Otherwise, you will not enjoy the discounts.
Examples:
Item A’s regular code is 1234567. This is at 20% off in 11.11. The 11.11 code that should be carted and checked out is 1234567D.
Item A’s regular code is 14344. Item B’s regular code is 52534. These 2 are on BOGO. The 11.11 code that should be carted and checked out is the promo vkit code 89101.
We will turn off on Quick Order the regular codes of the promo items at 11:30 pm. In the event that you are still seeing the regular codes in your VO, please do not cart and check them out. You may refer to the cheat sheet that we will be releasing before the promo starts. It has the complete list of codes with the product/ bundle name as well as the discount scheme and the time the promo will be made available. In the event that you want to have your order cancelled or returned, the regular cancellation and return policy will apply. Note though that once the orders have been packed and shipped out of the warehouse, cancellation requests can’t be accommodated by Member Services team.
All Philippine-based members can purchase the promo items on Quick Order (QO) in unlimited quantities from 12am to 11:59pm, or until supplies last on November 11.
Every qualified order (250 PV worth of On-The-Ground products on QO in a single order) is entitled to a free item. You can place as many qualified orders as you want within the promo period to get a free item per order. Note that the free item is on a first come, first served basis and will be on a while stocks last status. If a member places an order worth 500 PV in a single transaction, she will only get 1 free item.
Yes, you may include other Young Living On-The-Ground products in your Quick Order purchase to meet the 250 PV in a single order requirement.
The diffusers on BOGO will have no oil and will have 0 PV.
No. The BOGO sets are fixed. The oils and diffusers cannot be mixed and matched.
No. The 11.11 promos are available on Quick Order only. You may pay via credit card, Dragonpay, COD, or account credits.
All orders placed on November 11 that have payment challenges should be settled the soonest time possible. All unpaid orders by November 18, 11:59pm (7 days after the end of the promo) will no longer be accommodated for reprocessing. Please note that there is no guarantee that all orders can be served several days after the end of the promo as there are items with limited stocks only.
There will be no consolidation of orders. Each order you place will correspond to a shipping fee.
Yes. All orders of at least 250 PV in a single order during the 11.11 will include the free PV promo items too. The PV items for the month are Stress Away 15ml for 250 PV and Tranquil Roll-on for 350 PV.
The free item has limited stocks only. We will announce once we have depleted the inventory. It might have run OOS already when you placed the 2nd order.

Reminders for inactive members who will request for account reactivation:
• For faster processing, please prepare your member ID, PIN, sponsor and enroller information.
• If you have been inactive for 6–24 months, you only need to place a purchase of at least 50 PV either on Quick Order or Essential Rewards. If you have been inactive for more than 24 months, you need to either purchase a Premium Starter Kit or any products worth at least 100 PV.
• Account holders, and not their upline, should be the one requesting for reactivation via phone call.
Yes, the 11.11 items you purchased will be considered to reactivate your account.
Yes, sign up with a Premium Starter Kit. Before checking out, you may add any 11.11 items you prefer.
11.11 orders will follow the November delivery schedule.
