Starting Tuesday, April 1, you’ll find exciting enhancements to the Compensation Plan. Here are the highlights of how these enhancements will impact and benefit your teams: 

New rank achievement bonuses:

Team members reaching Senior Star, Executive, or Silver for the first time will receive bonuses up to three times at each rank:
  • Senior Star: $100/month
  • Executive: $150/month
  • Silver: $200/month

    Updated globally aligned Fast Start rules:

    Simplified rules provide clear, impactful rewards for your team's enrollers.

    Placing Rewards within reach of those just starting out

    More compensation is directed toward foundational ranks, driving engagement and growth across your team.

    Enhanced Generation Leadership Bonus pool:

    New activity-based qualifications emphasize leadership engagement.

    Executives are now included in the pool, allowing you to reward leaders at earlier stages of development.

    The new number of shares awarded per rank empowers the Executives and Silvers on your team.

    • Executives will receive 1 share.
    • Silvers, Golds, and Platinums will receive 2 shares.
    • Diamonds, Crown Diamonds, and Royal Crown Diamonds will receive 3 shares.

    Additional Earning Opportunities

    • Fast Start Bonus - Earn a generous 25% bonus on your new, personally enrolled Customers' or Brand Partners’ orders during their first calendar month.

    • Second-level enrollers earn 10% on the newly enrolled Customers' or Brand Partners’ orders described above during their 2nd and 3rd calendar months.

    With these new enhancements you can now also earn a Fast Start bonus for *reactivating Customers and Brand Partners who haven’t placed an order in the last 13 months.

    *Reactivation: Brand Partners or Customers who have no ordering activities for a period of 13 months and have been dropped out of the organization. They are no longer visible in the downline viewer. Brand Partners or leaders are advised to verify the drop-out date from Member Services team before placing the reactivation order to confirm bonus eligibility.

    Generation Leadership Bonus

    6.25% of all Young Living's commissionable sales is paid out in shares according to the rank you achieved for the month and on the leaders in your organization on which you earn generation commissions.
