What is Loyalty Rewards?

Loyalty Rewards is the new name of Young Living's Loyalty Rewards program that rewards you with every subscription order! If you're already ordering Young Living products, take advantage of our Loyalty Rewards program to score big on reward points and benefits!

How do I qualify for Loyalty Rewards?

Every month you spend at least 50 PV (point value) on subscription, you earn reward points that can be redeemed for product purchases! Plus, as your number of consecutive months with 50+ PV subscription orders increases, so does the amount of reward points you earn!

Q. What are the eligibility qualifications to earn Loyalty Rewards?

A. You must be enrolled in Subscribe to Save, our monthly autoship program, and have a minimum 50 PV subscription order each month.

Q. Can I switch out my subscription items and still qualify for Loyalty Rewards?

A. Your subscription items can be switched at any time, as long as there is at least 50 PV (point value).

Q. Do I need to place an order every month?

A. No. Any month you place 50+ PV on subscription, you are eligible to earn reward points back, starting at 10%. However, in order to increase the percentage back in reward points and qualify for loyalty gifts, you must place consecutive monthly orders of 50+ PV on subscription.

Q. Are Gifts With Purchase (GWP) different from Loyalty Rewards?

A. Yes. Gifts with purchase change each month and are only available for that specific month. Often times the GWP will include extra benefits if your order qualifies for loyalty rewards. So you earn the monthly gift with purchase AND reward points on your order.

Q. How do I earn gifts through the Loyalty Rewards program?

A. You’ll earn a loyalty gift each time you reach a new loyalty tier with consecutive months of 50 PV or more on subscription. Receive the products you love regularly and earn free product!

Q. How will I receive my loyalty gifts?

A. Loyalty gifts will be added automatically to your next processed subscription order following the month you hit a new loyalty tier.

Q. How many points do I earn for my qualifying Loyalty Rewards order?

A. You will receive reward points based on a percentage of PV (point value) for each subscription order that is 50+ PV. The percentage you receive depends on how many consecutive months you have qualified for Loyalty Rewards. There is no limit to the amount of points you can earn in a month.

  • Months 1–3: 10 percent of PV back in reward points

  • Months 4–24: 20 percent of PV back in reward points

  • Months 25+: 25 percent of PV back in reward points

Q. Is there a minimum PV (point value) for my monthly subscription order?

A. Yes. Your monthly subscription order in the U.S. must be at least 50 PV to qualify for reward points.

Q. Is there a grace month?

A. Yes. You have one grace month every 12 months. Using a grace month will not disrupt your earning percentage or your reward points already earned. However, if you skip two or more months, your reward points remain intact, but your earning percentage will drop back to 10 percent and you will start over with your consecutive month count.

Q. What if I missed an out-of-stock email and my order dropped below 50 PV because of the item that was out of stock?

A. If this happens, you can call Customer Service and place an additional order over the phone to earn your reward points for the month.

Q. What happens if I have three consecutive months of failed payments for my subscription order?

A. If you do not update your payment information and have three consecutive failed payments, you will receive an email letting you know that we are deleting all remaining subscription items in your account. You can still add items to your subscription any time after that, but you will need to update your payment information to allow for successful payments.

Q. Where can I see my Loyalty Rewards information such as points earned, points expiring soon, etc.?

A. You can view all your Loyalty Rewards information in your account under the Loyalty Rewards tab.

Q. How do I redeem my reward points?

A. You can redeem your points at checkout by selecting “Apply Points.”

Q. When can I redeem reward points earned on my subscription order that processed this month?

A. Reward points cannot be redeemed until your next subscription order successfully processes within 90 days.

Q. How many points can I redeem each month?

A. You can redeem up to 375 points each month.

Q. What if I don’t have enough reward points to purchase the products I want?

A. You can only redeem points on products when you have enough points to cover the PV (point value) of the products you want.

Q. If I cancel my subscription order altogether, do I lose my points?

A. Yes. If you no longer have an active subscription, meaning you have no items set to process on subscription within 90 days, you forfeit all unused reward points.

Q. Do I retain points earned for returned products?

A. No. You forfeit any points earned on products that you later return.

Q. When redeeming reward points, do I go by the dollar amount or the PV amount in the price list?

A. When redeeming points, use the PV amount rather than the dollar value. For example, if you have 50 points, you can redeem them for any product with a PV value up to 50. Reward points can be redeemed only for products with full PV values. Not all products are eligible, and items purchased with reward points are not returnable.

Q. Can I use my points for promotional products such as discounted items?

A. No. If you use points to purchase a promotional item, you will not receive discounted pricing. Please note that some promotional items will not be available for purchase with points at all.

Q. Do my points expire?

A. Yes. Unused points expire on a 12-month rolling basis, meaning they expire 12 months from when they were earned.

Q. How do I redeem reward points outside my market?

A. We know that many of our members travel the world to share Young Living. What if you want to redeem your reward points while visiting another market? Here are some guidelines to help you plan ahead and make sure you always have your YL favorites, no matter where your journey may take you:

  • To redeem points in a market that is not your home market, you must be present in the market, and you may not redeem points on behalf of another member.

  • The market you are visiting may limit quantities or restrict products that you can redeem points for.

  • You will be allowed to place only two orders per month with points and can redeem a limit of 125 points total per month in any market other than your home market. If you redeem 125 points on your first order, a second order will not be allowed.

Q. Is the monthly gift with purchase (formerly PV promo) different from Loyalty Rewards?

A. Yes. The monthly gift with purchase changes each month and is available only for that specific month. Oftentimes, the gift with purchase will include extra benefits if your order qualifies for Loyalty Rewards, so you earn the gift with purchase and reward points on your order.

You can redeem points for the Premier Aroma™ Collection only once per the life of your account, and this collection can be purchased with points only in your home market.
