Job Title: Regional Country Manager required for Central Eastern Europe

Job Purpose

Cultivate and increase field leadership by implementing innovative sales strategies. Increase field acquisition, field retention, Autoship participation, and gross revenue. Implement world class product and opportunity training resources, expertise, systems, programs and tools in order to maximize the expansion and development within the region(s) of responsibility. First point of contact for any business related concerns pertaining to the Country(s) of responsibility.

Overview of Responsibilities
Instigate a culture of activity geared towards meeting and exceeding Countries sales targets by fully understanding the “European Expansion Plan” (EXP)
Help Field Leaders to create their own Business Plan
Be an expert on the Young Living Europe “Business Building System”, “Compensation Plan”, “Seed to Seal” and the “Gary Young story”.
In conjunction with Field Leaders host monthly Webinars
Host two product tours and two Leadership events each year in the Country(s) of responsibility
Attend meetings and events held by Distributors and Field Leaders in Country(s) of responsibility and attend Corporate Events if a minimum of 5 Distributors from Country of responsibility commit to attend
Attend and participate in all European “Grand Opening Events” (GO Events)
Attend and participate in the annual “Pan European Convention”
Work with Marketing to assist in the formulation, development and execution of marketing campaigns in the Country(s) of responsibility
Assist the European Events team in planning meetings
Maintain a comprehensive list of in Country challenges and issues with resolution proposals to present to EHQ
File a comprehensive written report of each sales event attended
Work with the Market Development Team in the creation of specific business building tools and the implementation of these tools to Field Leaders Marketing to develop training materials and sales tools
Support Distributor acquisition and retention efforts
Cultivate and increase field leadership, through coaching, mentoring and development
Be an expert on how to present a Business Opportunity Meeting and a Product Training Meeting and implement with Field Leaders
Analyse market and competition, identifying external threats and opportunities
Provides frequent reports to management as directed by corporate leadership
Travels frequently within Country (between 25% - 50%) and occasional visits to Global Head Quarters in the US
Supports service requests from other departments
Main Job Requirements and Person Specification
Specific Experience
Education/Qualifications/Training:
Degree Educated (BA/BSc Hons), preferably in Sales / Marketing / Business Management or equivalent professional qualification.
Abilities/Skills/Knowledge
Required:
Strong presentation skills
Sound organisational and administrative skills
Affluent language skills, both written and verbal for the Country(s) of responsibility
Excellent interpersonal skills and good cultural awareness.
Proactive nature with ability to manage own time and resources.
Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
Ability to analyse data, procedures and systems.
Ability to maintain a positive attitude dealing with Distributors in a discretionary and diplomatic manner.
Works well under pressure and to tight deadlines
Team player with strong consumer focus.
Intermediate level IT skills, including Standard Operating Software.
