Incentive Details and Registration

You have officially registered your attendance and we are pleased that you will be joining us for the Disneyland Paris trip between May 12 to 15 2022!
We cannot wait for you to experience Paris and explore Disneyland a world full of enchantment and where ‘fantastical dreams come true’! Get ready to watch your favourite Disney characters in the world famous parade and experience the captivating Disney Illuminations night-time spectacular onto Sleeping Beauty Castle.

Flights

All registrants will be required to book their own flights.
All tier qualifiers are required to arrange their own transport to the nearest capital city airport or train station. All reimbursable travel costs (flights or train) ) up to a maximum of €450 per qualifier,must be booked subject to prior approval of the Young Living Europe team. If you are receiving this link, this means that you may now book your flight. Should you proceed with booking your travel costs without Young Living approving these costs, YL reserves the right to decline reimbursement of these costs.
We will reimburse you with the cost of your travel once you have submitted the receipts within a week of attending the event. Your travel costs must not exceed €450 per person.
When booking flights please plan to arrive no later than 3p.m. on Thursday, May 12 for registration and a welcome dinner—and to depart on May 15.

Accommodation

Young Living will cover the cost of your hotel stay in Paris, France during the incentive trip dates of May 12 -15. Additional costs associated with the incentive trip, including certain meals, event activities, ground transportation for incentive functions, and airfare for the qualifying members (Tier 1 & Tier 2 qualifiers only) are also included as event perks.
Any nights stayed outside the event dates of May 12 -15. will be at your own cost and based on availability at the hotel. Young Living will not cover additional expenses for early arrivals or late departures. If you choose to extend your stay, Young Living will cover the flight cost (for the qualifier only) as long as there is no increase in the fare due to the changed dates.
If you arrive or depart outside of the event dates, ground transportation to the hotel will not be arranged or covered. Incidental costs such as meals during travel and airline baggage fees will be covered at the member’s expense. Carry-on bags are recommended.

Additional Guests

Accommodation
Young Living will only cover the cost of hotel rooms for 4 people.
If you have requested to take additional people, there will be a supplement charge as follows:
Crowne Plaza Hotel, Central Paris –
  • 230 EUR per night for additional single room (2 persons max).
Disney’s Newport Bay Club, Disneyland –
  • 100-190 EUR per night for 5-person family room (2 double beds and 1 sofa bed ).
  • 315 EUR per night for an additional connecting room for 4 people. (Required for groups of 6+)a party of 6 people.

Disney Entrance
Additional attendees will cover the cost for their entrance to Disneyland. Children under the age of 3 are free to enter Disneyland. Children are considered aged 3-11 years. Children aged 12 or above will be classified as adults. Please note that Young Living will cover the entry fee of children up to age 12 at Disneyland. This does not apply to any additional children in your party.
Please note that Young Living does not accept responsibility for lost or mislaid tickets. It is your responsibility to keep them safe at all times as Young Living will not be able to purchase replacements.

Tier 4

Family of 1 Adult and 1 Child (No Airfares) includes:

3 Nights’ Accommodation*; Train Tickets from Airport to Central Paris Hotel (Arrivals); All Intra-Event Transfers, Transfers from Disneyland to Airport (Departures) Disneyland Tickets for 2 days. Recognition Dinner & River Cruise.

TRANSPORTATION

Q: When should I arrive and depart?
A: Please plan to arrive before 3 p.m. on May 12 and to depart at any time on May 15.

Q: Will ground transportation be provided to and from the airport and my hotel?
A: Train tickets will be provided from Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport to the Crowne Plaza hotel on May 12. All Intra-event transfers will be provided.

Transfers from Disneyland to Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport on May 15.

Q: May I drive to the retreat instead of fly?
A: You may drive, but you will need to provide a mileage receipt to EuropeanEvents@youngliving.com by June 12 to receive a standard mileage rate reimbursement. Your reimbursement amount cannot exceed the cost of what your flight would have been.


ACCOMMODATION

Q: At which hotel am I staying? Do you have my hotel confirmation information?
A: All attendees will stay at the Crowne Plaza hotel May 12 and Disney’s Newport Bay Club hotel May 13-15. Hotel room confirmation information will be emailed to you within a few weeks of the retreat.

Q: May I arrive a day or two early or stay a day or two later?
A: Any nights stayed outside the event dates of May 12 –May 15, 2022 will be at your own cost and based on availability at the hotel. Q: I had a baby recently. May I bring an infant with me?
A: Attendees are permitted to bring an infant within nursing age. Attendees will need to pay any extra costs associated with bringing their infant.

TICKETS

Q: Where do I pick up my Disneyland tickets?
A: All attendees will pick up their Disneyland entrance tickets when checking into the Newport Bay Club hotel.

MISCELLANEOUS

Q: What should I bring?
A: When packing for your visit, make sure to include the following, in addition to any usual travel necessities:

  • Smart casual clothes for the recognition dinner cruise. Women: blouses or button down shirts and dark wash jeans or dress pants/slacks. Men: polo shirts or button down shirts and dark-wash jeans or dress pants/slacks.
  • Comfortable clothing and shoes for exploring Disneyland

Visa Stipulations Comms

All winners are responsible for obtaining all necessary documents, visas, and special permits for entry and must comply with all legalities as mandated by nationality, country of origin, final destination, and transit conditions, as well as regulations of the carrier providing transportation.

In addition, it is also your responsibility to check the date of validity of these travel documents and to renew them as necessary. Travelers should be sure to consider visa processing time and where to secure their appropriate application forms prior to booking their trip, should they need a visa to travel from their country. We recommend starting any requirements for a via to France now and checking travel requirements published by your local government often prior to your departure date.
