Can you use EO's from young living I your food or drinks? I read somewhere that this can be done with some EO's. I am new to EO's and don't want to harm myself in anyway by using them.

add the empty bottles to a string of lights. Wire the bottles over the light bulbs and the labels light up all the different colors. They also diffuse the scent out of the bottles.

My husband and I just completed our process of going chemical free. The last to go I almost forgot about. It was the fabric refresher that my husband has to have for his shirts each morning. I made a fabric spray with distilled water, lavender essential oil and some witch hazel. He didn't know the difference!
