Treat your feet to an exfoliating experience with this DIY Peppermint Foot Scrub recipe, featuring the invigorating scent of Peppermint essential oil.


Ingridients

  • 210 g brown sugar
  • 60 ml Young Living V-6® or carrier oil
  • ½ tbsp honey 
  • 10 drops Peppermint essential oil

Method

  • Combine the ingredients in a small bowl. Mix well. 
  • Gently massage the scrub onto your feet, focusing on rough areas.
  • Rinse off with warm water.
