Canada Return Policy

Once your Young Living order has arrived, be sure to check the products thoroughly upon receiving the parcel, any order discrepancy or damage must be reported within 5 days of delivery date (the date the tracking number shows it was delivered). You may return or exchange items purchased within 90 days from original purchase date (order date).

31-90 days after order date   Opened or Unopened    Credit on the Young Living account for the purchase price and applicable sales tax (minus shipping charges and 10% handling/restocking fee) 
 Over 90 days after order date  Cannot be returned.    Credit on the Young Living account for the purchase price and applicable sales tax (minus shipping charges and 10% handling/restocking fee)

PRODUCT KITS AND COLLECTIONS:
Any product kit and/or collection returned to Young Living must be complete; otherwise, the kit and/or collection will not be eligible for an exchange or refund. No individual items from a kit and/or collection will be eligible for a refund.
ITEMS RETURNED FOR YOUNG LIVING CREDIT:
The credit for opened products will be based on the percentage of the product returned. For example, if 50% of the product is returned, only a credit of 50% (minus shipping) will be credited to the account.
