Collection of Information

General Information

We collect some information which is not attributable to an identifiable individual. For example, when you visit our website, our web server automatically recognizes only your computer's domain name, but not your e-mail address or any other information that identifies you personally. This renders your visit virtually anonymous, unless you log in to one of the controlled-access areas of our site or otherwise volunteer other personal information. We may also collect anonymous aggregate information on what pages you access or visit.

The aggregate information we collect is used for many different purposes in order to serve you better. Among these purposes are to improve the content of our webpage; to customize the content and/or layout of our page for each individual visitor; and to notify consumers about updates to our website.

We may also use third parties vendors including Google to show ads that we have created across other web sites or apps that users are visiting based on their past visit to our website.

Personal Information
From time to time we may also ask you to provide your personal information, including when you visit our website, register for an account, order our products, or engage with us for promotional purposes. We only collect your personal information with your consent. For example, we may collect your contact and shipping information, proof of identity, payment and other financial account information, sales history, and information on what webpages you access or visit when accessing our website from a registered account.
Use of Personal Information
We only use your personal information for the purposes stated or implied at the time of collection, including to confirm your identity, provide services to you, complete transactions that you initiate (including fulfilling orders), respond to your inquiries, market our services to you (as well as those of our affiliates and third parties), and to improve our business.
We may otherwise use your personal information where permissible by law, for example to respond to an emergency, or in the course of an investigation into illegal behaviour.
Use of "Cookies"
"Cookies" are short strings of information that are collected upon your visit to our site in order to enhance your web-browsing experience. We use cookies to store visitors' preferences, such as items placed in your online shopping cart, in order to make your interaction with our site more personal. Web browsers can be modified in order to prevent cookie collection; however, this may impact your browsing activities. If you wish to prevent the collection of cookies, the "Help" portion of your browser will give instructions on how to disable this feature.
Disclosure and Transfer

We will only disclose your personal information with consent, or otherwise when legally required to do so. For example, we may do so at the request of governmental authorities conducting an investigation, to respond to subpoenas, court orders or warrants, for fraud detection, prevention or suppression, to enforce a legal right, or to respond to an emergency that threatens the life, health or security of an individual. We may also disclose your personal information without consent in the event of a corporate amalgamation, reorganization, change of control or sale.

We sometimes will transfer your personal information to third party service providers, including the financial institution processing payments, and other service providers that assist us to provide products and services and to administer your membership. We require such third parties to protect your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Statement.

If you are a member, we may disclose certain information about other members or customers in your own downline, including product order history, names, and addresses. Other information not needed by members is not disclosed such as payment information or government-issued documentation.

Anti-Spam
Where applicable, we will seek your express consent to send you information, including by way of commercial electronic messages. You can unsubscribe at any time by following the instructions in the message, or by contacting us at the contact information provided above.
Please be aware that, even if you have opted out of receiving marketing communications from us, we may still contact you for other purposes. For example, we may contact you to provide other communications you have consented to receive, regarding your membership, or to respond if you contact us with an inquiry.

When making your request, please provide us with your exact contact information, so we can accurately fulfill your wishes.
Security and Retention
We protect the personal information within our control with appropriate organizational, technological and physical safeguards. We understand that some of the personal information we hold may be sensitive information, including financial information, and employ appropriately robust safeguards. For example, when we transfer and receive financial information online, we redirect visitors to a secure server. We store personal information in electronic and physical files that are secure, and our security measures include secure on- and off-site storage, restricted access to records and data processing equipment, password protocols, and encryption and security software.
The personal information that we hold is only retained for as long as is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. When we no longer are required to retain the information, we will destroy, erase, or de-personalize the information. Legal requirements, however, may require us to retain some or all of the personal information we hold for a period of time that is longer than that for which we might otherwise hold.
Your personal information may be stored, processed or otherwise used by us, our affiliates or our service providers, both inside and outside of Canada. As a result, that country's courts, governments or law enforcement agencies could obtain disclosure of your information in accordance with that country's laws.
