How To Use
- Inhalation: Renew the senses, applying a few drops into hands, breathing in and out deeply.
- Workout friendly: Pop in your gym bag, inhaling this refreshing oil before, during and after exercise for a burst of energy.
- Massage: Soothe achy muscles by using a few drops on the temples, forehead, neck and over the sinuses (avoiding eyes).
- Perfume: Dab onto neckline and pulse points for a minty uplifting scent.
