Q: What is the READYING HEART & HOME ENROLLMENT PROMOTION?

Readying Heart & Home is an incentive promotion that rewards you for sharing wellness through Young Living. Members are awarded a prize for enrolling and reactivating with a qualifying Canadian Starter Bundle, on Standard or Monthly order, during the Offer Period.
Q: HOW LONG WILL THE PROMOTION RUN?

The Readying Heart & Home promotion will run from October 1, 2020 at 12:00 a.m. MT until October 15, 2020 at 11:59 p.m. MT.
Q: WhICH YOUNG LIVING MARKETS CAN PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROMOTION?
A:
The promotion is open to active Canadian Young Living members who are in good standing with Young Living during the promotional period, are 18 years of age or older at the time of the incentive, and who have a primary billing address (listed on their member account) and proof of citizenship in Canada (each a “participant”). This promotion shall exclude all members in NFR markets and is void where prohibited. Active members are members who have purchased at least 50 PV from Young Living in the last 12 months and signed the Young Living Member Agreement.
Q: which customer or rank types can participate in this promotion?

Members of any rank can participate in this promotion, provided they meet the necessary ordering requirements as outlined in the promotion details.
Q: Can NFR CUSTOMERS PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROMOTION?
A:
No. NFR customers are not able to participate in this promotion.
Q: HOW DO I EARN THE READYING HEART & HOME INCENTIVE(S) AS A NEW MEMBER?
A:
New members who join or reactivate with Young Living with a qualifying Canadian Starter Bundle on Standard or Monthly order between October 1, 2020, at 12:00 a.m., MT and 11:59 p.m., MT, on October 15, 2020 will be awarded one (1) Christmas Spirit™, 5 ml. This award has an approximate retail value (ARV) of $17.43 CAD. This award will be shipped with the qualifying enrollee’s initial Canadian Starter Bundle enrollment order on Standard or Monthly order between October 1, 2020, at 12:00 a.m., MT and 11:59 p.m., MT, on October 15, 2020.
Q: HOW DO I EARN THE READYING HEART & HOME INCENTIVE(S) AS AN ENROLLER?
A:
You can earn the Readying Heart & Home incentive, as the Enroller, by personally enrolling or reactivating at least 10+ new members with the purchase of a qualifying Canadian Starter Bundle on Standard or Monthly order during the promotional period.
Q: WHAT IF THERE IS A TIE FOR THE TOP FIVE ENROLLERS IN CANADA AT THE END OF THE OFFER PERIOD?
A:
In the event of a tie between one or more participants for the top five (5) spot(s), Young Living will randomly select one participant between all tying participants.
Q: WHO IS CONSIDERED A REACTIVATED MEMBER FOR THE READYING HEART & HOME PROMOTION?
A:
A reactivated member must have their account dropped for inactivity, due to not ordering 50 PV for 12+ months.
Q: DO I HAVE TO BE THE ENROLLER OF THE NEW MEMBERS TO QUALIFY?
A:
Yes. You must be the personal enroller for your new enrollments or reactivations, each with the purchase of a qualifying Canadian Starter Bundle on Standard or Monthly order during the promotional period, in order to qualify for prize(s).
Q: IF MY NEW ENROLLMENT USES A VOUCHER TO DISCOUNT THEIR PURCHASE OF A STARTER BUNDLE, WILL THEY STILL BE CONSIDERED A QUALIFYING ENROLLMENT FOR THE READYING HEART & HOME PROMOTION?

Yes, the use of a voucher will still enable the member to participate in the Readying Heart & Home promotion as a voucher does not discount the PV of an order.
Q: IS THERE A LIMIT ON THE PRIZES THAT CAN BE EARNED?
A:
Qualifying participants are able to earn all promotional products once.
