Always diffuse in my office depending on the staff temperament. They are drawn to my office and happier when they leave.

Love these suggestions! I agree with other posters that I would also include citrus vitality oils for my water. Also, I can’t be without my YL Joy Essential Oil.

I add Lavender, Deep Relief roll on, and Stress Away to many of the things listed in the office kit above. I teach high school science so no desk job for me. 🙂

Would be great if you sold these as kits instead of me writing them all down and hunting them out 😉

I have a diffuser at my desk and everyone loves it and asks me every day what oil I am going to use.

I am new to YL. I love the oils that I’ve used so far. I take them with me to work, but my supervisor told me that I could not bring them to work. Another coworker complained that the oil scent (PanAway)was too strong. But she uses PanAway YL oil herself. That did not stop me from using the oils.

I use all the above plus many others! Have to have the Thieves Hand Sanitizer on hand at work and in my purse! I have had several coworkers sign up because I have my diffuser going in my office every day! Great sales tool!

I love these suggestions! Mine look a little different since I don’t have an office job, I take care of 6 wild, fun, amazing children outside of my home as my “day” job, but Young Living is my career.

I just a fair amount of Peace & Calming (nap time!), and Thieves as one might imagine. Loads of citrus in my water, Peppermint too, and my favourite for at work – Deep Relief! Kids are incredibly joyful (see loud).

    Love this post.

Just wondering if there are any oils that help with hair growth?

    • Melanie January 22, 2015 - 6:46 am Reply

I heard that Cedarwood helps with hair growth. Either do a 1:1 dilution and put a few drops where you need it or add a few drops to your shampoo.

I always have peppermint, valor, peace and calming, theives lozenges, orange, aroma life, cypress and lavender. I am not allowed to diff
use them but I do share these with my coworkers when I see them having a bad day.

  • Cindy Cole January 21, 2015 - 8:07 pm Reply

I diffuse peppermint. Peppermint and lemon in my water. Thieves in my tea. Stress away throughout the day and always have a lip balm sitting on my desk.

  • Tina Serra January 21, 2015 - 6:58 pm Reply

Stress Away helps my mind focus and sort out the things I need to accomplish in a balanced manner. Diffusing Motivation and Abundance together gives helps me to be more productive. Drinking Cinnamon in my water tastes so good I remember to drink more.
