Highest Potential 60-day challenge

As part of our Blend of the Month challenge, we invite our community to focus on a different intention (and its associated essential oil blend) with us for two months, then share their experience. Last December and January, we focused on cultivating belief. Now we’re switching our focus to stepping into our highest potential together.

If you’re ready to explore what living in alignment with your highest potential can look like, you’re in the right place. Keep reading to find everything you need to know to join us.

What does it mean to live in your highest potential?

Some people think of it as achieving a specific goal, but your potential is so much more than that. It’s not a dream job, wealth, or any single milestone you might associate with success. It’s a state of being.

Your highest potential is where your skills, purpose, and presence come together in full expression. When your life is aligned with the things you care about most and you create space for your authentic self to shine, you’re living up to your full potential.

So, how do you find that alignment?

Here are some simple habits to help you shift your lifestyle into greater alignment with your authentic self:

Release the weight of external pressure

Whether it’s society, a friend, or a family member, everyone seems to have an opinion on who you should be and how you should live. But you’re the one who has to spend each day in your shoes, so don’t try to force yourself into a shoe that doesn’t fit who you are.

Drown out your inner critic

Sometimes the worst pressure comes from ourselves. If you’re always telling yourself you can’t, it’s harder to have the courage to try. While it’s not always easy to silence your inner critic, you can give it something else to talk about. Try repeating an affirmation like this whenever you feel discouraged: “Today is my day to shine” or “I can. I will. I see where I want to be, and I believe that I belong there.”

Be brutally honest about what you want

You can’t make progress if you’re not honest with yourself. And there’s no point in setting goals that take you somewhere you don’t want to be. Take some time to look inward and reflect on what you want out of life. Not what you think you should want, but what you actually desire from the deepest, most honest part of yourself.

Set an intention

Once you know what you want, set an intention and a simple plan of action to do something about it. This doesn’t mean you have to overhaul your life or make drastic changes to reinvent who you are.

Simply think of something you can do now to create more space for your authentic self to breathe. Maybe that means taking up a hobby, setting a boundary at work, or investing in growth opportunities that align with your goals.

Anchor your intention to a scent

Anchoring is the practice of linking an intention to a consistent external cue—something you can return to again and again as a reminder. Over time, that cue helps bring your intention back into focus, even on busy or distracted days.

Scent is especially powerful for this because it’s closely connected to the limbic system—the part of the brain that regulates memory, emotions, behavior, and motivation. That’s why certain aromas can bring back powerful memories and why scent is often used to help create a calming, inspiring, or grounding atmosphere.

We recommend pairing your intention with Highest Potential™ essential oil blend, which was formulated for use while you work on releasing the emotional barriers that hold you back from higher achievement. Enjoy its sweet, elevating aroma as a consistent reminder of the intention you’ve set and the direction you’re choosing to move in.

Here’s one simple way to use Highest Potential blend as part of your daily routine:

Tip: You can also layer this blend with Valor® essential oil blend for an extra empowering aroma.

If you don’t have Highest Potential blend, you can use any of the single oils in it instead.

Let’s live in our highest potential, together!
