    • Hello Karen. They should save well, however, be sure to cover them and know that they may be a little drier on the second day. Thanks for stopping by with your question and let us know if they stay moist to your satisfaction.

    • Hi Kendra! To substitute for coconut oil in baking, you'll need another solid fat to use in place of the oil, such as butter. Thanks for stopping by!

  • What can you substitute for the eggs? I have a recently discovered egg allergy/sensitivity.

    • Hey Christy. We have never made this recipe without eggs, so I am not sure. I know that there are some egg replacement powders that you can purchase at stores and online. I am sorry to not be of more help, but if you end up experimenting with the recipe and find a way to make it without eggs, please let us know! Have fun experimenting and thanks for your question!

  • This recipe has become a hit in my community. I've made them multiply times for holiday gatherings this year. I like the Peppermint but we've also used Orange Vitality instead of Peppermint Vitality and we like those a lot too! Thanks for such a great but simple recipe!

  • I can't wait to try these. i made pudding with avocados before, I loved the pudding but my daughter said tasted too much like avocados. Husband wouldn't try it. I'll have to test these on them. TY, for the recipe.

  • I just made these. The kids liked them! However something baked white in them. Not sure what would have turned white. Not the whole brownie just bits of white pieces. Not sure if that's part of the bean. Anyone have this happen???

  • My husband already makes Black Bean muffiins which are amazing (similar to BAM). I enjoy these more than the regular ones as they are very moist. Can't wait to add the oils to them - what a great idea!
