I start my morning with my facial cleansing/ moisturizing ritual which includes Frankinsence, Lavendar, and Manuka blended into my Red Raspberry Moisturizer. Shortly after an application of Valor to the bottoms of my feet and inside of my elbows and on my ear lobes, then I also use Peace & Calming. It works for me!
