Diffuse 8−12 drops to help create a relaxing atmosphere before bedtime.
Diffuse its gentle aroma to increase feelings of self-compassion and empathy.
Inhale the aroma to help recenter and rebalance.
Add Harmony to lotion or V-6 Vegetable Oil Complex and use it topically to create an inner and outer beauty and glow.

LABEL DIRECTIONS

Topical: Apply 2−4 drops directly to desired area. Dilution not required, except for the most sensitive skin. Use as needed.

Aromatic: Diffuse up to 1 hour 3 times daily.

Storage: Keep in a cool, dark place.
