JOB SUMMARY
The Senior Executive of Sales is responsible to drive the growth of the assigned region by working closely with the business builders. Besides helping all business builders within the region to work towards their set goals, this key individual is required to also provide each business builder the necessary insights to their sales organization to identify the areas of excellence which is adaptable and duplicable to the entire organization or diagnose any business areas of opportunities that would require remedies in order for a business to healthily grow and sustain. This role would be responsible to provide sales analytics and insights to the Management to analyze sales trends, habits, and behaviors of our business builders in order for the Company to evaluate and implement programs, initiatives as well as the necessary education to the market.
Essential duties & responsibilities
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned):
Business Coaching – Using the Essential Business Building Activities as well as other business building best practices, the Senior Executive is the accountability partner to coach business builders within the assigned region, through calls and appointments. They will be coached and given the insights to their sales organizations to excel & grow towards their set goals.
Business Diagnosis - Identify area of opportunities in a business builder’s organization/business and recommends remedies of the improvement. This requires constant monitoring of leader’s daily & weekly movements in Organization Volume, Enrollments & Retention. Whenever a business builder is close to rank advance (between Silver to RCD), the Senior Executive is to motivate and help drive the advancement by coaching.
Reports & Analytics – To provide comprehensive reports and insights the Management on market sales trends, habits, and behaviors of our business builders for further evaluate and implementation of programs, initiatives as well as the necessary education to the market whenever required.
Field Relationship – Will be the key player in building and preserve trusting relationships with the field. This would require for these personnel to constantly connect and communicate with the business builders as well as being well-versed with the builders’ background, business strengths and best practices. Being the key front liner and accountable as counsel when it comes to the business builder’s business needs, feedbacks, and concerns
Sales Event Coordinator – Being involved in the planning stages through to the execution of all Sales virtual or venues events namely, Anniversaries, Recognition & Training events. The Senior Executive is able to be a host of the event whenever required and is the designated project manager responsible to ensure all angles within the event are properly planned and executed under his/her supervision. Also collaborates with Marketing whenever there are joint events such as Product Launches, Expos and Product Training events.
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Education & experience
Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree, post graduate diploma, professional degree in any field.
Preferably at least 4-5 years of working experience in a direct selling field or executives specializing in administrative support or equivalent.
Good communication (both written and spoken) & interpersonal skills.
Preferably Executives specializing on Sales Administrative Support or equivalent.
