JOB SUMMARY
- In this role, you will be responsible for driving field productivity and top-line sales growth, while building and strengthening relationships with our members and leaders.
- This role will leverage their ability to build relationships and implement sales strategies to develop Young Living Malaysia’s membership base, while championing personal growth of field leaders to enable and empower them to become strong business builders, growing their businesses in a rapid yet sustainable way, while remaining compliant to the Company and industry’s policies.
- The candidate should be in a state of career growth, looking to advance in their career. This role will directly contribute to creating a “best in class” sales organization for Young Living Malaysia and developing industry leading systems and tools.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned):
Mentor, coach, and support field leaders to drive organizational success and sustainable business growth.
Partner with the Sales Lead to develop and execute sales strategies, business plans, and initiatives to achieve sales targets.
Monitor, collect, and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights.
Conduct Compensation Plan training and education to ensure members and leaders clearly understand and maximize earnings in compliance with policies.
Plan, organize, and execute sales events, incentive trips, and recognition programs to engage and motivate the field.
Prepare accurate sales performance reports, field activity updates, and program outcome summaries for management review.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Customer Experience, Finance, etc.) to align and deliver effective sales initiatives.
Any additional or ad-hoc call task as assigned by the Management.
Education & Experience
3-4 years with direct experience in developing relationships with clients, customers and/or field leaders.
Minimum 2 years experience in the direct selling industry, and/or (Optional) 2 years in a retail/ non-direct selling company.
Has prior experience in data extraction and analysis, and familiarity with direct selling earning opportunities and avenues.
Has exposure in working amicably with global counterparts with a collaborative mindset and a shared vision for success.
Ability to develop lasting relationships with brand partners and internal stakeholders.
Leverage cross-functional relationships to execute and follow-through campaigns and plans to drive results in sales, strengthen leadership pipeline, and build business loyalty.
Able to execute, oversee and collaborate on execution of projects/programs.
Has confidence and leadership skills to lead (not manage) team members and front line staff.
Ability to train, coach and advise brand partners to achieve success.
Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and presentation skills.
Work Environment
The work environment is fast-paced and hands-on, focused on accuracy and efficiency. Employee will handle in-depth knowledge of the direct selling business model and field engagement best practices. Advanced data analysis skills for incentive tracking and ROI evaluation. Strong project coordination skills and able to manage events, timelines, and stakeholders efficiently.
