JOB SUMMARY
  • Drive sales growth through strategic support of leadership across Northern and Southern regions.
  • Deliver coaching and development to key leaders, aligning with business goals and regional performance objectives.
  • Plan, prepare, and execute leadership support initiatives, including training, business reviews, and field visits.
  • Manage end-to-end incentive programs from proposal, ROI analysis, terms and conditions, to launch and post-campaign evaluation.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of leadership development initiatives to build a strong and sustainable sales force.
  • Coordinate and execute leadership events, including logistics, speaker support, communications, and post-event evaluations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and other departments to ensure sales strategies are executed effectively in the field.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned):
Proven track record in supporting or developing sales leaders in a multicultural, collaborative, and fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyze data and trends to inform leadership coaching and incentive planning.
Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across departments and leadership levels.
Strong understanding of the direct selling industry, including field dynamics, distributor engagement strategies, and business growth drivers.
Solid knowledge of compensation plans within direct selling and able to explain earning pathways, rank advancement, and commission triggers clearly to the field.
Willingness to thoroughly learn and stay updated on the company’s compensation plan, sales structure, and business policies.
High standards of integrity and professionalism in all aspects of work.
Self-starter with a “startup attitude” in takes full ownership of tasks, steps outside of comfort zones, and embraces challenges.
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and flexible in learning new skills or adapting to evolving sales strategies.
Willing to travel frequently within assigned regions (North and South), including for field coaching, leadership events, and incentive launches.
Education & Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, field development, or business development.
Experience in handling leadership or distributor networks, ideally in a fast-paced or people-centric environment.
Proven ability to coordinate and execute sales campaigns or incentive programs.
Work Environment
The work environment is fast-paced and hands-on, focused on accuracy and efficiency. Employee will handle in-depth knowledge of the direct selling business model and field engagement best practices. Advanced data analysis skills for incentive tracking and ROI evaluation. Strong project coordination skills and able to manage events, timelines, and stakeholders efficiently.
