JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with 1 to 2 years of experience who are keen to gain hands-on exposure across the full HR spectrum.
This position will be involved in recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and various people initiatives. It will give practical experience in building workplace culture and supporting employees throughout their journey with the company.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned):
Support recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, reference checks, onboarding and offboarding processes.
Ensure accurate HR administration by maintaining employee records, preparing HR reports (headcount, turnover, leave balances), and monitoring attendance and leave management.
Coordinate employee engagement activities, staff communications, company events, and serve as Chairperson of the Sports & Recreational Club.
Administer employee benefits (optical, dental), support monthly staff claims and redemptions, and manage related documentation.
Provide administrative and logistical support for training and development programs.
Coordinate and emcee monthly staff briefings.
Manage HR-related vendors and liaise on service matters.
Perform other HR-related duties as assigned by the reporting manager.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent professional qualification.
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in HR or related functions.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
A committed team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
Methodical, accurate and consistent attention to detail.
Calm composure, organized and resourceful.
