JOB SUMMARY
- The Distributor Conduct & Project Specialist supports the Distributor Conduct team in safeguarding the right business practices by ensuring that the field of brand partners uphold the company’s Policies & Procedures when conducting the Young Living business.
- This role handles distributor data protection, conducts compliance audits and investigations, and coordinates with other departments to ensure all internal compliance and security processes are followed.
- This position is also integral to the smooth implementation of workflows and system updates that may impact field-facing interactions.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned):
Oversee and enforce data protection and management standards to ensure all distributor information and documentation comply with company policies and regulatory guidelines. Act as the primary gatekeeper for document verification, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and adherence to established compliance requirements.
Collaborate with the Compliance Officer/Manager/General Manager to identify and assess potential market violations through comprehensive audits of pre-advancement, rank advancement, and promotional activities. Leverage data analysis, reports, and outbound verification to ensure authenticity, uphold compliance integrity, and provide evidence-based insights for disciplinary actions.
Conduct investigations into potential policy violations and counsel Brand Partners to promote adherence to company policies.
Conduct and facilitate Distributor Conduct Training sessions, serving as a co-trainer to educate and engage Distributors/Brand Partners. Collaborate with relevant teams to deliver training on company Policies, Procedures, and Conduct Programs to ensure consistent understanding and compliance across the network.
Lead and oversee key Conduct Department projects, ensuring strategic alignment, effective cross-functional collaboration, and timely execution within budget. Partner with Global IT and regional teams to drive rollout milestones, track deliverables, and provide management with insights and progress updates to support informed decision-making.
Education & Experience
A Diploma in any field of study.
At least 5 years’ experience in Compliance, Conduct, Audit, or related functions.
At least 2 years in a supervisory or project management role within a corporate environment.
Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, V-lookup, etc.).
Excellent command of English with clear and effective communication.
Confidence in handling sensitive data while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.
Strong judgment and analytical skills to make fair and balanced decisions for both our Brand Partners and the company.
