JOB SUMMARY
The Operations department contributes to the overall success of Young Living by the fulfilment of brand partner orders in a timely, efficient and effective manner. All ancillary activities related to the ‘forecast to fulfilment’ continue to support this goal.
Essential duties & responsibilities
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned):
Coordinate JDE and BSI product structure, which includes SKU flagging management.
Proactively work to keep our distribution facilities within optimal inventory levels, using and maintaining both reactive “Pull” from demand and proactive “Push” from forecast models.
Assist Operations Manager with Corporate, Local / 3PL Scheduling, ensuring optimal inventory levels and product availability are the priority.
Take responsibility for the integrity of JDE and BSI and perform routine audits on both (Stock Takes, Product Lot and Shelflife management).
Assist with any internal auditing processes as deemed necessary by the Operations department.
Update multiple information data sheets which include product availability and promotional/new product sales trending weekly and monthly.
Foster close working relationships with associated departments e.g., Sales, Marketing and Operations with various purchasing tasks inclusive of Purchase Order Entry, paperwork reconciliation and also act as a 3PL liaison.
Ensure SMS is sent out consistently to customers when stock goes Out of Stock (OOS) and back order is fulfilled.
Undertake other duties and tasks that from time to time may be allocated to the jobholder that are appropriate. Comply with all relevant internal rules, policy and procedures, including those relating to Health and Safety, Data Protection etc., and all those contained within the issued Employee Handbook.
QUALIFICATIONS

Education & experience
Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree, post graduate diploma, professional degree in any field.
Preferably at least 5 years of working experience in varied business environments, preferably in direct sales.
Good communication (both written and spoken) & interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated understanding in all facets of Operation functions including management of warehouse.
Inventory accounting and control.
Excellent reconciliation and basic accounting skills essential.
Demand supply management.
Administration role.
Customer service management.
Operations and Supply Chain Management.
