Essential duties & responsibilities
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned):
Provide day-to-day human resources support and counsel to the business units and/or functional groups.
Administers core human resource processes, including recruitment, talent acquisition, onboarding, employment, employee and industrial relations, learning & development, performance management, operational HR, payroll, expatriate administration, etc.
Conduct recruiting support and counsel including sourcing, interviewing candidates, conducting reference and background checks, preparing correspondence, extending employment offers, and onboarding preparation.
Vendor management for HR-related matters.
Coordinates, partners and delivers vendor and/or Young Living developed training courses for employees.
Manages onboarding, compensation & benefits, performance management, learning & development, etc., all open enrolment process utilizing all resources to maximize understanding of offerings and automation of processes.
Acts as a resource for employees regarding benefits, employee relations, a variety of human resource matters to employees. Provides day-to-day human resources support, and counsel to business units and/or functional groups.
Assist to develop and recommend solutions to a variety of human resources issues.
Works with managers and employees to investigate and resolve employee relations issues.
Consults with management regarding interpretation, and administration of human resource policies, programs, procedures, and compliance with applicable state/federal statutes and regulations.
Prepares reports and analyzes data from human resource information systems for information reporting and management decision making.
Initiates, develops, and implement training programs, employee relations matters and activities for the company.
Performs monthly/yearly payroll coordination and execution.
Any other related tasks and duties assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS

Education & experience
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in any field.
At least 2-3 years of working experience in Human Resources from any industry. MNC experience is highly preferred.
IT literate. Software skills in MS Word, Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.
Good communication (both written and spoken) & interpersonal skills.
Good team player, and able to handle work independently.
Methodical, accurate and consistent attention to detail.
Independent, tactful, takes initiative and has high level of integrity.
Calm composure, highly organized and resourceful.
Good problem-solving skills.
Proficient in collaboration and delegation of duties.
