Young Living Continues Relief Efforts in Mexico City

September 22, 2017
A powerful narrative of hope, community, and connection have emerged from the recent devastation caused by a series of natural disasters, and we’ve been touched by the generosity of our Young Living community. In the wake of a series of hurricanes that swept across the U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Caribbean, and portions of the United States, a 7.1 magnitude earthquake struck Central Mexico on Tuesday, September 19, toppling buildings and killing and injuring many.
Our efforts to assist Young Living members who’ve been impacted by these devastating natural disasters continue. In addition to mobilizing boots-on-the-ground teams to assist with the hurricane cleanup efforts, Young Living joined the first-responder efforts in Mexico City this week, transforming the Young Living Mexico City office into a distribution center and flying in supplies to assist the relief effort. We are working side by side with those on the ground to quickly distribute and deliver products to assist Young Living members and their families who’ve been impacted.
Many have expressed interest in contributing to this effort, and we are incredibly grateful for the compassion of our members and the service-oriented culture of this company.
The D. Gary Young, Young Living Foundation has set up a Mexico Earthquake Relief fund for anyone wishing to provide support for the Foundation’s efforts to aid Young Living members in Mexico and their families who are in need. The Foundation will also match the first $25,000 raised to increase your impact. To donate, please visit https://younglivingfoundation.org/mexico-earthquake-relief.
