I have been looking for a good shortbread recipe. This is it. The oils make it oh so very special and delicious. House smells super.
I made these today and used Lemon EO. Unfortunately, they did spread out and few look like hearts. They taste good, though.
Love this recipe! These are so yummy! One word of advise....space these out on the cookie sheet because they will spread while baking.
