The school year is over, the weather is warm, and summer is finally here. It’s the perfect time to get outside and explore.   • I just returned from camping 2 days alone, conquering aa fear! My fav staple for camping, quick breakfasts on the go, are muffins, with the YL Einkorn flour, with some of YL's choc. protein drink, & a banana. I added 6 drops of peppermint vitality, though I think 8 would be better next time. Sometimes I have 2 for breakfast, sometimes 1 with a hard-boiled egg. YUM!

  • If I wanted to substitute peppermint for tangerine in the chocolate balls, how many drops would you recommend?

    • Hey Julie! It is honestly subject to taste, but keep in mind that Peppermint Vitality will be stronger than Tangerine Vitality in its potency of flavor. I would put in 7-8 drops of the Peppermint initially and sample it and go on from three. Let us know how it turns out!

      • Do you know how the sugar in 32 dates/apricots compares with using maple syrup or honey? Just wondered since it's so many dates/apricots.
