I have this diffuser (love it) and many other diffusers. I have about five of them and have one in almost every room of the house. I tend to use them every day and then I go through a spell where I am not using them. I need to start using them again every day as we are breathing every day so why not take in the wonderful oil aroma each day and continue to improve our health?
So that is what I intend to do.
