  • A friend said it is safe to ingest 1 drop of lemon vitality in water each day. Is this true? And will it interact with my blood pressure meds and thyroid meds? Thank you, Kathy

    • Hello Kathy. Many people like to add some Lemon Vitality to their drinking water, simply for the flavor and the fact that it helps them to stay hydrated. It should not hurt you at all, unless of course you have allergies to lemon. Hope that helps!

  • I had this lemon essential oil and Ive got the Enagic's Kangen water as well. I just wondering that can I combine both as my daily mosturizer? and my next question is, can I use this lemon oil to reduce flu for my baby age 2 years old?

    • Hello Win, We do not recommend using Lemon Essential Oil in your daily moisturize as it does have a photosensitivity warning associated with it. If Lemon Essential Oil comes in contact with skin, we recommend avoiding direct sunlight or UV rays for up to 12 hours.   • Has anyone ever added lemon vitality to a cooking oil, like grape seed oil. Wild tree used to make one that I loved but they discontinued it. So I wanted to add drops of my lemon vitality oil to my bottle of grape seed oil. It's a 12.7 oz. bottle and I was wondering how many drops to add to it.

  • Hi there, I wish to clarify after reading some of the posts here.
    Does this mean that only lemon vitality is safe for consumption however the bottle indicated as lemon, 100% essential oil is not?

    • The labels on the bottles are different due to compliance, but the contents of the bottles are exactly the same ;-)
