We all love NingXia Red for its antioxidant-rich benefits and this smoothie is a delicious way to enjoy its vibrant flavour. Consider doubling the recipe for the extra hot summer days and freeze the mix to make icy poles. Add your favourite berries or fruits to make it your own.
TIP If you are making icy poles, add a few berry or fruit pieces before freezing for an added texture. As an optional addition, try adding our Vanilla Spice Pure Protein for an added sweetness or for a chocolaty version, add the Chocolate Deluxe Pure Protein and raw cacao powder.
NOTE You can use fresh berries in place of frozen, just add ice cubes to blend into the smoothie to chill. Add your favourite citrus culinary essential oil for a burst of citrus flavour.
