JOB SUMMARY
Under the supervision of the Sr. Director of Product Management, the Digital Product Manager will be responsible for creating a strategic roadmap for a suite of products that aligns with the organization’s objectives and provides an industry leading customer experience and communicating this vision to all relevant stakeholders. This role continually cultivates the roadmap to communicate the strategic initiatives that will help the organization achieve the strategic objectives while creating cohesive customer and end-user experiences.

Essential duties & responsibilities

Assess market needs and challenges via focus groups, surveys, interviews and other market research.
Serve as the primary interface with stakeholders to define products.
Establish a Product Vision that supports a cohesive customer experience across each product and provides direction for each product roadmap.
Build a Product Roadmap to support the customer and organization objectives throughout the product life cycle for each product within the suite.
Solicit business requirements for new features and products to be incorporated into product requirements consumed by the Product Owner for execution.
Determine the prioritization criteria for product requirements and coordinate with Product Owners to establish release timing.
Create, curate, and communicate the roadmap with consistent market connection and feedback that is consolidated into a prioritized list of initiatives.
Continually evaluate assigned products to justify your business case and identify areas for improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS

Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree, post graduate diploma, professional degree in any field.
At least one to three years of similar or related experience.
Understanding of systems analysis and design.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience working in an Agile development environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Previous experience with collecting information from business units and market segments to establish actionable plans to feed a product roadmap
