Suggested Usage
- Diffuse any of these winter-scented essential oil blends to create a cheerful environment.
- Use these blends in place of unhealthy synthetic-scented candles or multi-oil diffuser blend recipes.
- Make a room spray by filling a 120 ml spray bottle with
distilled water, a dash of salt and 30 drops of oil.
- Create uplifting, holiday-inspired bath salts with 5 drops of your chosen blend, 1 tablespoon bath gel and 1 cup Epsom salt.
Directions
Aromatic: Diffuse up to 1 hour 3 times daily.
Topical: Dilute 1 drop of the selected blend with 2 drops of V-6™ Vegetable Oil Complex or carrier oil of your choice. Test on a small area of the skin on the underside of your arm, then apply to the desired area as needed. Avoid direct sunlight or UV rays to application area for up to 24 hours.
