A. The promotion period begins 1 August 2018, at 12:01 a.m. and ends on 31 December 2018, at 11:59 p.m. The beginning and ending time is measured according to the time zone of the Young Living office within your country in which the promotion is being sponsored, as detailed in Appendix A of the official rules (the “Promotion Period”). Young Living’s method of timekeeping is the official time clock for the Promotion and is final and indisputable.
Q. When is the Global Leadership Cruise?
A. The Royal Caribbean cruise liner, Ovation of the Seas, leaves from Seattle, Washington, on 7 June 2019, and returns on 14 June 2019.
Q. Where is the Global Leadership Cruise taking place?

Q. Do I arrange my flights?
A. Travel arrangements for qualifiers will be arranged through Young Living’s preferred travel agent, Christopherson Business Travel. If qualifiers wish to arrange their own air travel and submit reimbursement, they must first email travelrequests@youngliving.com to get a reimbursement quote. If participants purchase their own airline tickets without prior approval from Christopherson, they will be ineligible for reimbursement. A participant’s failure to respond to emails and phone calls from Christopherson within 24 hours could result in a forfeit of the airfare portion of the prize. All flight arrangements associated with the prizes, once ticketed, are final; and winning participants are responsible for all fees associated with changing travel in any way. Airline tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable and are not valid for upgrades and/or frequent flyer miles. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight except at the sole discretion of Young Living.
Q. Can I arrive early or extend my trip?
A. Qualifiers and their travel companions must travel together on the same itinerary and possess all required travel documents. If prize winners and/or their guests choose to extend their trip outside of the event dates, they may do so at their own cost. Young Living will not cover additional expenses for early arrivals or late departures that are not approved through the Young Living Events team.
Q. Will Young Living pay for my transportation to and from the airport?
A. Travel costs incurred between a winning participant’s home and the airport are at the participant’s expense.
Q. Will Young Living pay for my baggage fees?
A. Luggage fees and other expenses are solely the responsibility of the winning participant.
Q. What is included if I earn a spot on the Global Leadership Cruise?
A. Qualifiers earn one cabin on the Global Leadership Cruise for themselves and one guest. Young Living will cover a percentage of the cabin cost, which varies based on the prize tier achieved by the prize winner. The cost may be covered 100 percent, 75 percent, or 50 percent. In addition, Young Living may cover the cost of airfare, depending on the prize tier. Please see the official rules for full details.
Q. What rank am I competing with during the promotion?
A. Participants will compete against participants of the same rank within their market as defined in Appendix B of the official rules. The competing rank, also known as the baseline rank, is a customer’s paid-as rank for June 2018.
Q. If a customer of my team advances in rank and is located in an international or Not For Resale (NFR) market, will their advancement still count toward my Global Leadership Cruise promotion points?
A. Participants earn points for the Global Leadership Cruise promotion by (i) personally advancing above their baseline rank, as such advancement is outlined in the Young Living Compensation Plan, and (ii) when a customer in the participant’s current commission structure advances above their respective baseline rank. A participant’s “current commission structure” means the set of team customers within the participant’s sales organization whose purchases are commissionable to the participant in that month. This includes international customers and customers within the NFR market.
Q. What type of rank advancements count toward points for the Global Leadership Cruise promotion?
A. Participants with customers in their current commission structure who advance above their baseline rank will receive points for the Global Leadership Cruise promotion based on the following structure:

Q. What if I have already purchased a cabin through the buy-in process and then win a cabin through the Global Leadership Cruise promotion?
A. If you have already purchased a cabin, you can choose to receive a full refund of that cabin and claim the cabin that is awarded to you through the promotion. If you choose to keep both, you will be responsible for the full amount of the cabin you originally purchased.
Q. Can I upgrade my prize cabin if I want a different class of stateroom?

Q. What rank type is being tracked through the promotion?
A. Paid rank is what the promotion tracks. Recognized rank is not tracked with this promotion because that wouldn't account for those who advance in December (as they would have to have an additional 3 months to be recognized at a new rank).
Q. What is a "Current Commission Structure"?
A. A Participant's "Current Commission Structure" includes anyone in that customer's team off whom the customer receives commissions. This includes both those in the customer's unilevels and generations.
Q. Will my support team and I be receiving points from the same team customers? How can I win the contest when my support team is receiving the same team rank advancement points I receive?
A. First, keep in mind that you are competing against your paid rank as of June. If a business partner above you is of a different rank, you are not competing with that business partner. If an support team business partner is of the same rank as you, the best way to compete is to maximize your unilevel and generations to your unique advantage. Keep in mind: Your support team does not have the same unilevel as you (you get an extra line) and also does not have access to your full generations either (unless they are higher rank, in which case, you aren’t directly competing with them).
Q. Are points generated for July 2018’s rank advancements?
A. Yes! As your Baseline Rank began in June, rank advancements from then on through 31 December 2018 at 11:59 pm (Mountain Time) will generate points; July is included in that.
Q. When will the Brand Partner Board be accessible?
A. The Brand Partner Board will go live on 20 August (Mountain Time).
Q. How frequently will the Brand Partner Board be updated?
A. As points are generated from rank advancements, the Brand Partner Board will be updated monthly as commissions for each month have been processed.

Note: The last Brand Partner Board update will be in January after December's commissions have been finalized.
