Young Living is always committed to enhancing member experience. To provide you with better service and ensure accurate product availability, the 5-day Pickup Policy that has been effective since 2015 was fully executed and enforced starting January 1, 2018 .
What is 5-day Pickup Policy?
Members are advised to pick up the "self pick-up" order at our Causeway Bay Customer Experience Center within 5 working days after successful payment. Otherwise, the order will be automatically cancelled.
